Installing the Weave app in "ProgramFiles" instead of "AppData\Local"
With the recent release of the New Weave Experience (NWX) version of the Weave app, both of us in our office's IT department have noticed that the app is no longer installed in a location like "C:\Program Files" or "C:\Program Files (x86)", but instead in the user's local AppData directory following a path like "C:\Users\username\AppData\Local\WeaveX".
Because of this change, this has introduced a few concerning issues:

Actionable text are moved to ALL if an auto text is sent out. This causes issues because we never see the actionable response.

Please Fix this Bug "Notifications Disrupted"
At least a few times a day, our desktop app gets a yellow exclamation point in the top left corner, and says "notifications disrupted". In order to make it go away, we have to restart the app. I've contacted support twice, to no avail. If we don't restart the app, we don't get any notifications.

Make the Weave desktop notification window moveable
The Weave desktop notification window always populates in the upper right-hand corner of our screens, where we also need to access other features of our schedule/etc. Since that window stays open on top of our practice software, it would be really nice if we could drag it around and place in other locations rather than being forced to click through "Ignore/Reply" to access some things we need in response to phone calls and texts that come in through that notification.
1 voteThanks for your feedback. You have an option in the Weave desktop app's Notification Settings to change the Popup Location to the bottom right corner. Attached is a screenshot for reference. Please try it out and let us know if it is more convenient. This preference is saved for every user.

time clock in for staff
Have a function time tracking function for staff and allow weave to sync this data to a payroll processor such as Gusto or ADP. I would gladly pay an extra $20-$30 a month for this feature.

Frequently used tags shown at the top
Happy Holidays! In the "Filter Messages/Tags" secrtion of the desktop app, it would be FABULOUS to change the order of the tags listed so that the most used will be at the top of the list down to the least used?

return the technology that allowed us to truly verify insurance instead of our staff bein g burdened with it it
we originally bought into your technology to have "insurance verification" workload taken away from staff. It worked fine the first couple of weeks. However, the staff is needing to do it themselves by contacting the provider about frequencies. Work that weave was doing but now only does infrequently at best. Before we can add ideas on improving the app, we are sharing our thoughts on how not to LESSEN the app. Please respond and let us know action is being taken. Otherwise we need to find technology (and it does exist)that is more suitable for our needs. Thank You

Insurance Report - Request/Include Different/Additional Data
It would be helpful to see data like, "missing tooth clause" and when crowns are paid on prep or "seat date" requested/included in the Weave Insurance Verification report.

Ability to search patients in the Collections list
We need to have the ability to search patients in the Collections list via the desktop app. Only having the ability to scroll through hundreds upon hundreds of patients to look for the ones you are trying to send texts to for payment is quite cumbersome.

Pinned Desktop Bubble - Always on top, just minimized
I'd love to have an option for Weave to always be on top for quick access to what is needed to message patient etc. Having it on top could be cumbersome, but what if it could minimize into a bubble on top (Think how FB Messenger functions on Android). Clicking on it (or the taskbar icon) would expand to the full app, and if the option is chosen, it would minimize to a bubble on the side. Present, but not in the way.

Text Writebacks Location in Dentrix
The text writeback capability is amazing, but it is going to the wrong place in DENTRIX. (from our office's pov) The Office Journal is where we keep record of patient communication: phone calls, conversations, texts sent, etc. The Patient Notes in the Family File is for things that need to be front and center for pt appointments: fear level, isodry size, pt preferences, etc.
Suggestion: change text writebacks to populate in the Office Journal.

Allow manual name/caller ID assignment if a number is not identified in the software
It would be nice if you would allow a custom Name/Business assignment if a match is not found in our software. When this happens, it only displays a number. If there is no match in the database, perhaps you then build a text file behind the scenes or csv file where it allows us to update or load certain numbers to match certain names. This would be great to recognize our vendors calling as they aren't listed in Eaglesoft and don't have a reference number.
Summary - Call comes in, no match in database, reference CSV file or index list…

Automated check in alerts
Alerts that pop up on team chat when a patient checks in at the front so that the whole office knows they have arrived!

Call pop integration (programable button add-on)
Many offices use patient management systems or call logging programs that don't officially integrate with weave. While we are working on getting more integrations set up in the future, it would be very useful if offices were able to have a rough integration with Weave and any program they use by having there be a programable button on their Weave Desktop client that could take them to the program or website of their choice. If it was a call logging program they wanted Weave to be connected to, it would be helpful if the button was located on the call…
