Scheduling Override Messaging
There needs to be an option where Weave allows scheduling for holiday messages to come on and turn off on a specific date & time. There are other apps that I have used that allow for this. It is inconvenient to have to remember to turn the override message on and off. There have been times when you are so busy and hours later you realize that the phones are not ringing. Please add this feature as soon as possible. Thank you!

Our prior system had an option for voicemail overrides so you could schedule out as many holidays or closures as you needed. It is extremely inconvenient to have to go in and edit the override every time. Please change this.

Our previous phone provider had the option to set multiple dates in advance we wanted overriden for holidays. It is extremely annoying we have to login after every holiday and put in the next holiday override rather than doing it once a year. Even better would be to set as reoccurring so you only do it once.
We hope this is taken into serious consideration.

This would be amazing. Even if it were just 3 or 4 months in advance being able to add "holiday hours" as exceptions to the normal schedule all at once would be such a time/stress savings.

We definitely feel the same way about this. We already know the holidays we are closed throughout the year yet there can only be 1 override at a time. This also means if we have to change the override for something more recent, we'd essentially lose what we've already put in.

Please add a feature where we can set up multiple overrides on start/stop schedules so we can adjust for intermittent as well as extended closures/changes to scheduling in advance. Being able to set it and forget it during business hours before the planned closure/change would be most helpful vs having to make changes via the app on personal time. For unexpected changes, that's absolutely fine but when there are planned closures/changes, it was sooooo nice that our old system allowed us to set those up in advance.

Can we please get options to schedule voicemail and have multiple overrides active, on a calendar/schedule? Our previous phone system (also a VOIP) had a portal where we could schedule office closures/changes to hours/etc ahead of time. We could have multiple personalized override voicemail messages set up at the same time (ie, I could set up office closures for Thanksgiving and Christmas, as well as admin day changes to hours, each with their own personalized voicemail message). This was a huge "set it and forget it" option that allowed me to be more efficient: I could set up overrides for the whole year at one shot and not have to think about it again, unless something needed to change. Since Weave allows us to schedule a start/end time to a single override, it doesn't seem like a stretch to add multiple override options with a selection of dates/times to start/stop. This should be included at no extra charge in an update, soon. Thank you!

Can we get a way to set up holiday hours for the year in advance? It is more time consuming to remember to set each day up as it comes. It would be great to set it all up at once and not have to worry about it the rest of the year.

Agreed. This is a basic feature of alternative platforms and makes taking odd days off a nuisance.

We are in process of ON-BOARDING and come to find out WEAVE does not have a basic feature already in place.
We need a provision to setup at file (or GUI) with list of DAYS OFF where the automated Phone Tree would take effect. This can be for N MONTHS or N YEARS in advance.
Relying on the day of the week, did we transfer the phone to the automated tree, is not very reliable and SMART.
Not sure why Weave has not implemented this NECESSITY already !!!!!!

2) In the weave portal or app, can you add a calendar where I can schedule voicemail over rides for days that I know my office will be closed?

We have 3 to 5 Dr's all with different hours. all rotating between locations. we need to be able to customize hours based on Dr., not when we are open. Hours are based on when doctor is there.

We need a way to automatically turn our voicemail away message on and off every other Saturday when we are closed. We should not have to remember to manually turn it on or off every week.

I work in a dental office that has two doctors. When they are on call, they take call for one to two months at a time. Right now I have to remember to do voicemail override for the new doctor that is on call this month. This is really not convenient and easy to forget! We are not an office that would benefit from the phone tree as we do not want our patients to have to press buttons to get to a person or to realize they may now have the doctors personal cell #. My idea is that you all have an "Edit" button where I can just edit the "after hours recording" each time the doctor on call changes month to month.
