An error occurred while saving the comment Eli A. commentedIt shouldn't have to be Jimmy. It seems like just about everybody uses Eaglesoft the same way except Weave. If I view my schedule in "Chair/Provider" mode it clearly shows my hygienists unbooked hours, it also shows it under operatory view. This is a feature I was promised 16 months ago, that I am paying for, and have yet to be able to utilize.

Digital Forms PDF Improvements
We've improved the way PDFs are generated and presented in Digital Forms. Here's a summary of the notable updates:
- The PDF header now displays your logo or business name, along with important patient details.
- Page numbers in the footer ensure usability for both digital and print formats.
- Optimized spacing and text sizes enhance readability.
- Bold text distinguishes patient responses from questions.
- Highlighted YES answers (in fluorescent yellow) aid quick scanning and identification of crucial information.
- A 4-column layout for checklists ensures a streamlined design.
- Optimized page margins display more content per page without sacrificing readability.

An error occurred while saving the comment Eli A. commentedI have the same issue. Nobody at weave has been able to make any progress on this in order for the feature to function as it is advertised. My online scheduling for Weave linked to Eaglesoft behaves like a non-integrated platform and doesn't give me the options visible for an integrated platform as shown on weavehelp https://www.weavehelp.com/hc/en-us/articles/13873803040923-Set-Up-Online-Scheduling

An error occurred while saving the comment Eli A. commentedI can't understand how customization is non-existent, lots of untapped potential for email communication. I also think its crazy that you can't send a mass email to all patients with insurance, just individual insurance plans.

Now that RCS is a standard for both iOS and Android this should be implemented immediately.

iOS and Android both support RCS (https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Rich_Communication_Services)
Weave should prioritize supporting the standard as soon as possible.
Key Reasons:
RCS has encryption which is safer for communicating about HIPAA related topics.
RCS allows for higher quality image transmission which allows us to better monitor patients conditions remotely and plan better to schedule time.
RCS allows us to see "read receipts" when patients see our messages, but forget to respond.
