Schedule Calendar View
The Schedule calendar shows the location on the left. Patients are under a provider. It just eats up space on the left. Second thing on the schedule calendar is. Its shows all 24 hrs. in the calendar even when the office is open for only 8 hrs. By default, it points at 12 AM we always have to scroll it to 7.30 AM.

payouts
Our accountant has struggled for several months with the payouts. This is a horrendous issue that several days payouts go into the bank at on time. It is near impossible to get a clean reconciliation per the accountant. It's leaves the books messy. Also that payment initiated and the day they paid messes up the deposit and also doing the daily deposit sheets. Text to pays should be a benefit that we pay for not a hinderance to the deposit. phone tree
An option to 'trial' the office's phone tree/queue/voice message set up without it having to be live. It would be soooo helpful if we could call a number & listen to our messages/go through our Phone Tree options as callers would be doing so that we could identify areas that needed adjustments without having to call Weave for assistance and still not be able to know for sure how it all sounds from the client perspective until we actually have the phone tree as active. Please, please, please consider this!

Add the ability to define alternating days in the phone office hours
In the Weave Portal (or more specifically the Weave NWX app under 'Schedule > Office Hours' AND 'Settings > Phone > Office Hours'), it would be nice if Weave could allow users to configure certain blocks of time so that that alternate based on selected days.
As an example, one of our locations usually has a Saturday service but are changing it so they only open on the 1st and 3rd Saturday of the month. In order to facilitate this right now, we would either have to create an override or remember to untick Saturday in the office hours schedule…

Weave statements should not expire after 30days
Weave statements should not expire after 30days. They should remain on the list for tracking purposes and if a payment is unpaid we should be able to simply resubmit a mass reminder. Currently we must go back and redo all unpaid statements which is a nightmare, please update this!

dial call groups
We want to be able to direct dial a call group instead of having to call one extension at a time. Specifically, our doctors need to be able to call "up front' to the receptionists and have any one of them who is available answer rather than having to dial each extension and hope one of them will answer. With our old PBX system our doctor could dial 111 and it would call extensions 109, 110, and 112 simultaneously. Whichever receptionist picked up would be connected to the doctor. Not having that option is incredibly frustrating.

Voicemail text notification, save users numbers
We use the text notification option for when a voicemail is received. This serves as a back up notification in case we have a missed call we did not hear ring. This is especially important for our after hours doctors that they receive a text to their personal number when a voicemail has been left for an emergency. Currently the office staff log in at the end of each day to add the on call doctor's cell number to receive a text notification. As above, I'm having to send 170 texts individually because the bulk message option won't allow for Gif of Jpeg.

Auto Reminder
Major issue with Auto Reminders not allowing us to address customers by Prefix and Last Name, it only provides the option to address the customer by first name, last name, or preferred name. We need an option to be able to address the patient by Dr., Mr. or Mrs. Many customers find it unprofessional and rude if we address them by their first name

Weave online scheduling function to support staggered schedule
If the online schedule feature could support a staggered schedule or differentiating schedule from day to day or week to week that would be great. For instance: we schedule apts every 30 minutes, but they last 40 minutes - this is not easy to work around with the current functionality.

Take off the view of total $ collected for the year under invoices and payments (staff doe not need to see that # every time they log in)
Changing the view of Invoices and Payments. Staff should be able to see day of, day before and maybe even week before, but they don't need to see total processed and net each time they log in. Especially, if patient walks by while they are balancing day sheet. That total # is not needed on the main screen. Thank you!

Make your online scheduling unbeatable!
We have three doctors with three different schedules. All appointments are set in 10 min intervals and our office will allow multiple appt types in the same time slot. Everything should be customizable by time/Dr and appointment type. For example each appointment type should have a Mon-Fri (or Sun-Sat) tab with every time slot listed and check off the available appt times for each appointment type for each day. That way we can fully customize the individual Dr's day and appointment types.

Ability to change the position of soft keys on Yealink phones
By default, the Yealink phones (at least with Weave) have the 'DND' button in the same position as the 'End Call' button. In addition, after requesting paging to be enabled on our system, this is instead taken up by the 'Paging' button. In both cases, whenever someone ends a call before you have a chance to press 'End Call', this results in accidentally putting the phones on do not disturb or paging all the phones at your location.

AUTO REMINDER AFTER MOVING APPOINTMENT. SYSTEM ONLY WILL SEND NEW REMINDER IF WE DELETE EXSITING APPT THEN REMAKE A NEW ONE. I HAVE USED OTHER SOFTWARES THAT WILL SEND NEW REMINDER AFTER MOVING APPT!

Company Specific Roles
would be nice for other roles aside from admin to have access to the analytics as we limit who has admin access due to being able to change so much on the back end. it would be even more functional if we could create our own roles for the needs/functions for each role within the company. having to go in and click on several difference roles for each member is redundant and time consuming. especially once there is a new office to add I have to go in and re-select each of them again.

Online scheduling improvements
2 ideas. I use Opendental
1. Have the ability to easily set office hour/(open/close) for alternating days. My office is open every other Friday and Saturday. There is no easy to do this this time. The schedule is set up open dental but is not used.
2. Ability to limit the scheduling to only certain operatires. In my office, I have 3 ops/ rows that are used for other stuff. I want to limit the scheduling to only one operatory. This is available on the auto reminder, it just need to ported into the scheduling side.

Bulk message overdue patients to fill openings in schedule
When we have multiple openings in our hygiene schedule, we like to send a message to all overdue patients to offer those appointments and fill the schedule. The Bulk message feature does not filter out overdue patients, and you can't send bulk messages in the Overdue Patients list.
