    Form Demographics for addresses need State abbreviations in order to send electronic prescriptions. Weave forms has the whole state written out so our E-Rx and Open Dental constantly has to be updated manually. Please include state abbreviations on all addresses options.

  2. Live Call Monitoring and 3-Way Call Capability

    Dear Weave Phone Team,

    It would be fantastic if Weave included a feature for live call monitoring and 3-way calling for training and logistical purposes. This would allow managers to listen to employee calls in real-time, providing immediate guidance and feedback. Additionally, integrating a 3-way call feature for client interactions would enhance training by allowing trainees to hear both sides of the conversation and understand the context better.

    I would like Abandoned calls taken out of the missed call %. Our office weighs heavily on missed calls and we cannot control abandoned calls so they should not be included in our analytics. Or give us the option to include/exclude them.

  4. Updating Communication Preferences Timely

    Updating of information from OfficeMate timely to ensure patients that may have confirmed and arrived to appointments, yet decline text and email communications and/or charts are deactivated within an hour of the appointment time, do not continue to receive review requests.

  5. Access pending treatment from Schedule

    Right now you have to go to Practice Analysis to find unscheduled treatment. It would be nice if you could see from the schedule who has unscheduled treatment that is already coming in today... (Henry Schein practice analysis already has this feature)

  8. Could you please consider mapping the name of the officer user to all missed calls that go to a voice mail box

  10. We currently use Eyefinity PM with paper charts that scan into ECR Vault and link to EPM profile. Recalls are done with yearly reminders

    We would love for the Weave system to base recalls on their last appointment instead of the recall listed in practice management. SR recognizes last appointment the patient showed for instead of only off of recall schedule in PM software. Patients that showed a month ago are getting annual appointment reminders based on a previous, but not latest visit. This would allow us to not manually go into our PM and set a recall as Weave would auto-recognize the last appointment. Thank you!

    When sending mass emails, I want to be able to have a report generated for what email addresses were sent the email and which email addresses opened the email. Their names should be included on these reports as well. I sent two mass emails yesterday and I am being told people didn't receive them and they are not in the spam or junk folder for them either.

  18. Dolphin SMS Integration

    Currently, Weave looks at the Dolphin patient tab and identifies the phone type field of Mom's Cell, Dad's Cell, and Mobile as valid fields to use for text reminders. If the field type in Dolphin is Patient's Cell, it pulls into Weave as Other and texts will error out. Can you please add Patient's Cell as another field eligible for SMS texting? Otherwise I need to change over 150 patients in Dolphin.
