  1. Filter appointment confirmations out of "unread" messages

    It would be beneficial to our team if appointment reminder confirmations could be marked as "read" and "no reply needed" so they filter out of both the "unread" and "unreplied" message settings. Currently, we have to manually mark these appt confirmations as "no reply needed" in order to get them out of our inbox (which is not efficient).

  2. Need to Add Follow Up Reminders

    In the Legacy App, we utilized the follow-up reminders daily in our office. Please bring it back!

    Hi Lindsay!


    Good news – this feature is not gone forever. It's under some heavy construction so we can give you something even better. We will soon be releasing our Task Center, which will allow you to do everything you could with follow-ups and more, such as assigning tasks, adding comments, setting due dates, adding a description, and beyond.


    I'll keep you posted as we roll this out!

  3. Search by Nickname

    It would be helpful if we could search a patient by their preferred/nickname instead of their full name

  4. Appointment date and TIME

    On the new app when a patient calls it shows their next appointment date but no time - the old app had the time. We have a lot of patients call to check their appointment time and it takes a lot longer now to look that up. Please add the time on the new app
