Don't get rid of Legacy
Our office cannot use the new experience through weave. We need Legacy. If Legacy is going to be phased out in December 2025 then we will need to find a new provider for communication.

The small condensed version of the legacy app is more efficient for staff. Having to use the entire weave dashboard is not efficient and not a good change. Please bring back the legacy app!!!

The new app is missing some VERY important features: Ability to search through messages as well as actionable list and the ability to open up a patients dentrix chart from weave app. We get so many messages a day, how could we possibly scroll through all of our messages to find information we need? Also, the actionable list helps us keep track of messages that need attention and messages that are already delt with, to be able to check off the message as "done" is extremely helpful and makes our life easier. Also, being able to open the patients chart from the weave app is critical.. come on, why would you get rid of this feature? Now, the size of this new app is just horrible. The small app was a big part of what made weave so easy to use and set it apart from other software. I am uninstalling this new app so please send me an email when you make these changes. Thank you!

There seems to be so many added steps or things to you have to click to get to where you want to go in the app. The old weave seems to be so much more straight forward. Also seems to be so complicated making sure we do not miss a message from a patient, please bring back the icon for new messages from patients.

I agree with all of these comments. The new app is more steps. I utilize the legacy app in just about everything I do and the new app is not user friendly at all. Why make it even more confusing when the legacy app was great? Hate having to use this new app!! I don't want to have to waste time using the new app!!

The new app is awful, so many bugs and not user friendly you might as well just use the desktop site. Bring back the old app it worked great and was more user friendly!

We hate new app altogether. We loved the legacy app. The legacy app was much more user friendly. We really liked the smaller screen as well. The new app is exactly the same as the weave portal, and is a horrible display of what was a great system. This change has greatly disrupted our workflow!!! We are not happy with this change at all. Please allow updates to the Legacy app to continue, so that we can continue to have great user friendly service with Weave.

If it's not broken don't fix it. Harder and more time used to figuring it all out when no training on the legacy was needed. Weave's simplicity is why we are with them. The new app is not even worth using. I will use the old one until I can't and then we may rethink our messaging system. I love weave and what it represented. Now I am liking it less and less.

We absolutely HATE the new "app" as well and could not agree more to the original post. We love the legacy app and it was a huge selling point for us. It requires little to know training at all because of the simplicity of the design. ITs so straight forward and easy to see notifications. I love that it's compact and can be open without blocking my view in other windows. PLEASE do not get rid of the LEGACY APP. It is imperative for us staying on with your company which we have loved for the last few years.

Stream line the new app like the Legacy app. There are too may windows that are popping up in the new app that they over lap each other and I constantly close out of the wrong window having to restart my work. Legacy app it would pull up over each screen and you could back out of each window you opened. The new app covers what you are looking at and you have to close out causing me to close out of the app completely by accident and then you have to start your work all over.
I also have to say when you open parts of the new app or click to the next screen you cant keep it "down" sized you have to constantly be resizing the screen to see what you need to see. It's too big to leave open all the way and at the smallest setting and it's still bigger than the legacy app.It's not that it's "different and I need to get use to the change" it's a completely different work flow and not set up to be user friendly like the legacy app is. It acts more like the website and if people want to work in a full screen they can use the website vs the app. My office prefers the legacy app that is sleek, user friendly and easy for team and patients to use.

The original app was quick and efficient for all the needs of moving fast within the weave app. The new app doesn't have a place to click to take you to Dentrix like the other app. It is more complicated for our office to navigate to get things done fast. We have to keep the old app open because we do not trust this new one. The app is to big as well. Please fix these issues and have a smaller more compact app for offices to use. There is not one thing we feel is better. If anything it is more of a hassle. And we love weave for the easy and efficient way it WAS working.

Just today you removed quick fill functionality in the legacy app and told us we have to use the new app. We will not. Either make the new app an actual app or support legacy again.

Agreed. We are looking to leave Weave altogether as a direct result of the new app and now they have taken away quick fill functionality in the legacy app, which we were solely using because the new app is so horrible.

The new app is to large and even when we shrink the size to see our schedule and the app we are still having to have 1/2 the screen used on a 26 inch computer screen. Size does matter when you are working with 9 ops.

I just wanted to say that the old Legacy desk top app was very easy and convenient. The new desk top is not easy access and has way to much info. It needs to be very basic like legacy with a few basic quick ways to get to things. The new one does not have quick access and is confusing and everything is more complicated. I have reloaded legacy and I'm back to using the legacy cause i hate the new one soooooooooo much

We do not like the new app altogether. We prefer the smaller condensed screen of the legacy app.
The options for messaging were much more user friendly on the Legacy app.
Please allow updates to the Legacy app to continue.
The new "app" is almost an exact replica of the weave portal and is horrible and has disrupted our workflow greatly. We are not pleased with this change at all. -

Totally agree! Our office is very disappointed with the new app and wish we could have kept the blue version that has the small popup menu. Hope they fix this!
