How can we improve our new Weave application?

WE HATE THIS NEW & "IMPROVED" VERSION OF WEAVE!! It takes longer to collect pymt from a pt in office, to message a pt, look for a pt. In fewer words, NOT EFFICIENT FOR A FAST-PACED OFFICE! PLEASE STOP WITH THE CONSTANT CHANGES, LET'S NOT FIX WHAT'S NOT BROKEN.

    He told you what was wrong. A lot of offices have told you what is wrong. Just from his message he said:
    1. It takes longer to collect pymt from pt in office - me now - due to the additional steps and clicks we now have to do.
    2. It takes longer to message a patient - me now- due to the additional steps a and clicks we now have to do.
    3. It takes longer to look for patients - me now- due to the additional steps and clicks we now have to do.
    4. New version is not as efficient for a fast paced office!!! Many offices have been telling Weave this. You guys just don't listen!
