Softdent users: Suggestion #1: Add Premed Appointment Reminder onto appointment reminders with patients which have user code "P" attached to their Patient screen.
Suggestion #2: Allow user code "N" (No recall) in addition to use code "I" / Inactive. to prompt Weave to not send text reminders. There are many reasons why a dentist may not want to Inactivate a patient.
