I'm shocked that Weave isn't aware of this. They need to at least allow supervisors/owners the opportunity to manually edit call records.

Adding this feature would be incredibly useful. It makes no sense that we cannot make edits to information that is already there. It results in a poor user experience for us, the ones that are paying for this software.
Has there been any movement on this enhancement request? Please update.

We are essentially forced to send our clients a text-to-pay option, as taking payment info over the phone is a PCI compliance risk. Please look into options for us!
