An error occurred while saving the comment JODI commentedCan we find a way to customize each patients preferences with the emails and texts they receive. such as how often they are being contacted or what type of emails they are receiving. ALSO, SOME DON'T WANT TO RECEIVE TEXTS. How can we do that, can it be updated some how? ~ Thank you in advance.
Why is it that when a patient calls the name can pop up however IF that patient is making a payment, we have to MANUALLY ADD all their contact information such as their name, address etc?? Why is there NOT an auto fill??? Our cell phones do it....
