An error occurred while saving the comment It would be fantastic to have WorkGroup tab in the Phone/Voicemail portion of Weave Desktop App so our workgroups can access the voicemails easier as well as see that there are voicemail(s) to address.
It would be SO very cool if your extension is a member of a WorkGroup, one can see if the other members of the WorkGroup are on calls. Often I am doing project work and the phone is ringing off the hook. If the other workgroup members are not on the phone, they should be picking up. If they are on the phone, I would pause my project and answer the phone. There is no way to triage the incoming calls to see if there is another available member to pick up the call.
