    Hi Matt,

    Thank you for the response. In our EMR system, we have different types of appointments. For example "Pre-Appt" is the one where we appoint a patient a year in advance. In this situation, I want to create an appointment reminder for such patients separately. The reason being I want to distinguish the messaging to these patient as compared to other patients who may have called the office to schedule an appointment. Hope this helps.
