An error occurred while saving the comment Thank you for that feedback! I am a product manager here at Weave working on scheduling features and I'd like to provide an update for you:
As a first step, we'll be updating that text to be more clear the request has been submitted and received and pending approval by the office staff. In the future, we'll be considering a customization feature.
We are looking to making these updates as soon as we get through some work that's currently in progress.
