    Please make the Notes filed editable so that we can remove the REQUIRED. There is no good reason to require a note - it's great to have if someone has a comment to add to their request, but if not, it's just confusing to patients when they can't submit their appt request because they didn't type anything there and then just have to type random stuff to get their appt scheduled.
