    Recently found that a remote worker was unable to add/merge calls on the Weave iOS app for iPhone. We frequently utilize this feature when a client calls in requesting interpretation to a different language. When taking calls in office, we simply place the call on hold, dial the outgoing phone number for interpretation services, then add the client to the call using the "conference" button on the desktop (physical) phone. However, this is not a feature that is available on the iOS app for iPhone, so remote workers are unable to add interpreters to client phone calls. Reached out to Weave support who recommended we post the recommendation here.
