    Hello everyone,

    I hope this post finds you all in good health. I am writing to express some concerns and seek some clarification regarding a recent change that has been implemented in Weave's phone call analytics system.

    We've noticed that the office filter, an essential feature for our operations, seems to have been removed from the system. This feature was integral to our analytical process, allowing us to sort and view data based on different offices. Its absence has posed significant challenges for us in efficiently analyzing our call data.

    Given the importance of this feature to not just our operations but, potentially, many others' as well, we're curious about why such a significant change was made. Was this an intentional alteration or a temporary glitch? If it was an intentional change, could someone from the Weave team provide insight into the rationale behind this decision?

    We understand and appreciate that system updates are often necessary to improve functionality and user experience. However, we also believe that maintaining open communication about these changes is essential to ensure smooth transitions and continued efficiency for all users.

    Hence, we request urgent attention to this matter from the Weave team. If there is any workaround or alternative solution available, we, and possibly other users, would greatly appreciate your guidance.

    I couldn't agree more with your feedback. As a fellow user of Weave, I too have encountered similar difficulties with the limitations on customizing auto-populated text.

    The ability to tailor the auto-populated messages to suit the specific needs of each form or packet would greatly enhance the communication experience with our clients. It would allow us to provide more precise, context-specific information, ensuring clearer communication and reducing possible confusion.

    I believe that this feature would not only streamline our workflow but also significantly improve the overall user experience. It's essential that our software tools adapt to our needs, rather than us having to conform to their limitations.

    I join you in urging the Weave team to consider implementing this much-needed feature. It's these seemingly small improvements that could make a big difference in how effectively we can use the platform.

    May we please separate abandoned calls from missed calls in analytics. It is quite frustrating, having to cross reference what our actual number is in our missed calls. We thought we were having a higher number of missed calls when that actually was not the case. For some reason when there was a software update WEAVE ANALYTICS chose to intentionally count caller abandoned calls as missed calls. May we please get those analytics separated? Since the callers that are abandoning are not receiving a missed call text. Please contact me if there are more questions. My direct line is 915.778.4681 - Vincent
