unread messages mobile app
So I wanted to recommend a updated feature for the mobile app. It would be great to be able to mark a message unread from the mobile app. Sometimes I am checking when away but then it does not alert the staff that is at the office which increases risk of missed communications.

I’m Jesse Harding and I am the product manager for Weave’s mobile apps. I’m happy to announce that we have added a better design for seeing unread messages. In the latest version of our app, a blue dot will show up next to all unread messages. We have also added the ability within a message to mark that thread unread. To mark a message unread simply click into the message and then click the ellipsis that is at the top right and click on “Mark Unread”.Please note: messages that have already been responded to cannot currently be marked unread.

change appt status from cell phone app
when confirming from the cell phone app, it would be nice if you can change the status to mark it confimed. We use a cell phone on the weekends and it would be nice to mark confirmed without having to login to the computer as well.

Already has date & duration, but time of call is more useful in this view.

It would be very nice to listen to phone call conversations on my mobile phone because most of us would have time after hours to listen/Monitor phone calls

More detailed filters for viewing appointments
Ability to view appointments for a particular day in the future. This is requested by the office to cut down on the amount of scrolling through appointments.

Beta app vs. proposed individual apps
Bummed to hear that the current app will be divided into multiple apps. Would love to have all of the features in one place, tied together to use most efficiently. Love being able to call right from the app, look at list right from the app and make calls, look at the schedule and reports right from the app...

Use office num number whilst calling from mobile
Currently calling a patient from there mobile displays the ell #. I'd like the office # to show up.

Shortcut to specific date in schedule
Wish list: Be able to jump to a specific date on the schedule in Weave app for smartphone without having to scroll through all the days before then. I.e. Either a pop-up calendar or scrolling list of dates.

Removing names from Weave Login screen
PLEASE find a way to remove names/logins from the Weave list. It is unbearably cluttered.

Ability to look at schedule in the past
Be able to view patients that were seen yesterday. Have the ability to search backwards for a few weeks/months?

I would like to see a block schedule display to see openings or "holes" in the schedule. Also length of time for each appt.

Restrict Mobile Access in Admin Console
You should have permission in Admin Console to give Mobile application access. I don't anyone in my staff to download application and start using phone for patient communcation. Being in Health Care industry and governing by lots of regulation, it creates problem. What one of your staff suddenly get upset on you and start sending nasty messages or phone call to all patients in evening. You can only know that once you go next day. You can fix the poblem going forward next day by disabling his/her account but damage is already done for your office. I am really scarred…

Display sleeps during call
During an active call the display sleeps and needs to be turned on via the home button. Would rather have the screen dim and be awakened with a tap.

New Patients Mobile App
A lot of times, new patients who haven't been activated, don't show up in the Weave iphone app schedule. It would be useful if they do.

auto email confirmation and pick when reminder go out
would love to be able to send an auto confirmation via email and be able to choose when the confirmations go out instead of being stuck with 1 month, 1 week and 1 day.
