  2. Cancel Review Invitation for no-shows

    I would love it if the review link was not sent to patients that did not show to their appointment. I love the auto-send feature, but it sent a review to a new patient that had never been to our office and didn't show to their appointment. That doesn't make our office look great, and it is pretty inconvenient for us to go through and send out the review links manually. It would be awesome if that could be fixed! Thank you for your time.

  3. Recurring Payment Plan

    PAYMENTS - We would like to see a Recurring Payment Plan that automatically charges a set card an amount agreed upon with patient, and a printable contract for the patient to sign. Electronic Lockbox (our current Merchant) does this and the patients love it.

  4. Resize Weave desktop app

    Is there anyway to expand the weave desktop app? My staff and I, especially the front office users, would love and appreciate being able to make the app fit to the screen size of our monitors.

    This is planned and we have been working on some updated designs. We will be reaching out soon to get feedback on where we are headed.

  5. Enable Manual Texting for Home Number

    We like to put patient's cell phone numbers in the Home Phone field when they don't want to receive automated texts. We have always had the ability to send a "manual text" by typing in the phone number in Weave, however. Now that you changed it to give a "this is not a mobile phone " message, we are UNABLE to send any manual texts unless the phone number is in the home phone slot. A simple fix would be to have the message pop up, for a warning, but not actually disable you from sending. Please fix.

  6. Only send reviews after certain exam types

    It would be very helpful if the auto review prompts could be set to only go out after certain exam types. We have turned Reviews off and are considering discontinuing it because it doesn't work for patients coming in for weekly therapy appointment or contact lens follow ups to be getting review requests after these appointments. Patients are getting annoyed when they get these review request texts every week after their appointments.

  7. Patient Communication Preferences

    As a long time, former Solution Reach client, the number 1 request we want is the ability to see our patients' communication preferences for text and email. We need to be able to disable either or since patients have already communicated to us their preference. This would be SUPER helpful.

    Also, allowing us to customize our Auto Reminder email content on our own (without having to call support) with the ability to send test emails to ourselves would be help.

  9. Better management of review invite send times & frequencies

    Allow review invitations to be sent at least 24 hours after the patient's appointment. Also, we don't want them to receive the review notifications too late at night.

  10. Uploading attachments to more than just Weave Chat

    Can we add features to upload attachments within Weave Chat, Weave Email, and the Weave Support Chat?

    This way we can send items directly to clients and/or show your tech support exactly what things look like on our screen when we have issues.

    It looks like this issue is partially planned through Weave Chat, but having the feature within all 3 of Weave Chat, Weave Mail, and Weave Support Chat would be best.

  11. Online Webchat synced with the WEAVE text service

    Could there be a way to just set up a text widget separate from the scheduling widget?

    I would like to be able to have our team communicate easily with those reaching out via our website but not have to go through the setup of the scheduling widget.

  14. Link Reviewers to Patients

    In the review message, it doesn't allow me to link my patients' names in the message. But the reminders do. Feels a bit wired. Maybe the development team can add this feature in.

  15. Broken hygiene appointment fill in

    Lighthouse has a great feature that automatically generates a patient list (off of continuing care) for contact to fill in broken hygiene appointments. It is a fantastic feature that makes filling hygiene openings very efficient.

  16. Quickfill list automatically remove scheduled patient

    It would be nice if patients would automatically be removed from the Quickfill List if they have an appointment scheduled/confirmed after they are added to the list.

  17. preferred name

    A preferred Name tag needs to be added to the list of options when creating a New Message Template. Currently, the only option in this area is 'First Name' unlike in the recall area where 'Preferred Name' IS an option.

  18. messages that only apply to Admins

    Updates that are only for Admins should ONLY appear on Admins computers. It really gets some employees upset when they can't do some things that they think they 'should' be able to do.

    We are currently working on a more advanced user role system that will allow you to grant access to specific features per user. Please look out for this in the coming year!

  19. Attaching images/files to body Newsletter

    Hi,

    We would like the possibility to add a file upload function to newsletters. We created a pdf/image newsletter and we can't use it on your platform. Your newsletter right now offers very limited customization and that's why we wanted to create our own design. We hope this can be implemented.
