Call Routing Ownership
I want to manage my call routes for all of my phone numbers on a granular level so that I am able to dictate where calls ring at any given time on any given day in a way that allows me to "set it and forget it" according to my typical routine while easily changing it as needed.

Team Chat: Search messages by keyword
Would you please make it possible to "search" for a key word in our inter-office text/chat? Many times we need to recall a conversation, but it can take 30 minutes to go back even to last month. It would make this much more useful! Thank you.

Feature Request: TO-DO list / Tasks
I would love for there to be a To-do list feature that I could access from the desktop client and mobile app (For those on the go days). I would be able to put in a task and maybe a due date or a reminder date. I could refer to the list I create to help me organize my day. There are "lists" now, but you'd need to attach a patient to each and not all tasks are for patient accounts, (ie complete accounting report by xx/xx/xxxx). I'd love for Weave to be able to help me with reminders that…

Uploading attachments to more than just Weave Chat
Can we add features to upload attachments within Weave Chat, Weave Email, and the Weave Support Chat?
This way we can send items directly to clients and/or show your tech support exactly what things look like on our screen when we have issues.
It looks like this issue is partially planned through Weave Chat, but having the feature within all 3 of Weave Chat, Weave Mail, and Weave Support Chat would be best.

Patient Survey
We would like to send patient surveys after patients' appointments for internal use. It will be a 5-10 questionnaire to track and regulate patients' feedback from their recent visits. This will help funnel negative feedback offline - not on a Google or Facebook review. The reviews are being utilized for external views, however, we want an internal way to monitor patient satisfaction. SolutionReach and Birdeye have this capability. We are looking to switch companies if we cannot get this integrated in a timely manner.

Become more user friendly!
New patients are getting kicked out while filling out forms. That is very frustrating to them and does not look good for us. I was told by one of your employees that they cannot refresh the page because that will cause that to happen. You need to make this more user friendly, not all patients are computer savvy, nor should they have to be. Open Dental and mConsent are so user friendly that even my mom (75 years old) was able to use it.

Team Chat: Mark as Unread
It would be helpful if a team member could read a message, then mark it for follow up. Sometimes we just don't have time to take action before many more messages come through, and then we have to sift through the messages to find the ones that need action.

Quickfill list automatically remove scheduled patient
It would be nice if patients would automatically be removed from the Quickfill List if they have an appointment scheduled/confirmed after they are added to the list.

Broken hygiene appointment fill in
Lighthouse has a great feature that automatically generates a patient list (off of continuing care) for contact to fill in broken hygiene appointments. It is a fantastic feature that makes filling hygiene openings very efficient.

Share Fax in Team Chat
tag a fax to our team group chat so our group can start work on that asap. if i save to folder it tends to create more work cause they will forget to even open that folder.

This office does not like that each and every confirmation text to the auto reminders (Yes, C, Confirm, etc) shows up on Weave Pop. They would like since they have Weave "Mark as Read" selected to not have those texts show up in Weave Pop.1 vote -
Add option to add patients from overdue list to quick list
It would help office productivity if there was a checkbox or option to add patients from the overdue list under list icon to Quick List for quicker choosing and contacting when cancellations occur and appointment slots open. Currently you would have to manually add each individual to have an useful quick list.

Team Chat: Improve Formatting
Instead of having run on sentences, the chat should allow us to add spacing and paragraphs like you can in text messaging and other chat services. This is pretty standard across chats so I am hoping it would be an easy fix :)

messages that only apply to Admins
Updates that are only for Admins should ONLY appear on Admins computers. It really gets some employees upset when they can't do some things that they think they 'should' be able to do.
