I would like the templates that have been created for our company to reflect in the beta version of Weave. I do not understand why the new weave version does not follow the old weave version, which worked just great.

Agreed! It would be great to be able to customize the message on the email!

This is a must for any platform and the fact it has been requested since 2017 and not worked on gives me little hope for change. Plus if you are sending multiple reminders for the same appointment (one 2 weeks before appointment, then one the evening before the appointment), they both ask the patient to confirm. We have had patients call thinking the confirmations did not go through. Please reconsider!

Customers know us by our logo which is a clock sign. This would be a feature that would be strongly and greatly appreciated

We are able to customize the content of SMS messages before and after appointments. Why can't we customize the content of an EMAIL message before and after an appointment in the same way?

I absolutely agree. This is a very basic feature for all other communication systems and should be a given with Weave.

It would be very helpful to have the ability to edit our own auto reminder emails. Its is very time consuming needing to contact weave for any updates.

Would love to be able to send a photo or logo with auto texts for appointment reminders, reviews, or overdue texts. Makes it more personal, and I feel that I would get a better response from patients.

Let me edit the email reminders and birthdays! I do not like the default, its an easy fix on your end, you let us edit the Auto text message.

From what I understand, we can edit the body of the text for a text appointment reminder but not email reminders. I want to be able to include verbiage about requiring 2 days notice to avoid cancellation fee.

Would be great if you could edit the wording that goes out for email recall reminders. We use RevolutionEHR, which only gives us the capability to send out recalls to entire data base but we need it say both offices information.
