VMO/Forward Toggle (Fast Overrides)
We want to have the VMO toggle brought back. It is very ineffective to constantly have to make a new override whenever we want to put the phones going straight to voicemail for lunches. We have our lunches at different times. Bring this feature back.

I am very unhappy with this new update. We use the VMO toggle every week on Fridays and for any holiday where we will be completely closed. It is critical that we be able to easily instate it so that emergency phone calls are not missed by our on-call doctor for holidays. It is too much of a hassle to have to set it up every time for all the holidays we are closed throughout the year, and this new set up requirement allows for error if the wrong voicemail greeting is selected. I am very unhappy with this update and can't believe Weave took away this feature and didn't leave it as an option. I signed up for Weave three months ago and specifically asked about the ability to do this and was told this was a feature and now it is gone. I am very unhappy about it and want it reinstated. Now it is much more complicated to set up and prone to error than our prior phone system was.

WHY MUST YOU CHANGE THINGS THAT AREN'T BROKEN!!! I came in to work today, and the new phone forwarding settings are TERRIBLE. My staff used to be able to just use a slide bar to turn on or off the call forwarding to our voicemail. Now I need to delete and create anew each and every day?? Come on, this is *** backwards for my staff, taking something that was easy for ANY staff member to do, to making it complicated and require MORE TRAINING to teach them how to do things the new (and WAY less efficient) way. Not even an option to keep things the way it was. TERRIBLE

Please, please, please bring back the old way to change the out of office message! It used to be so simple in the portal. Now it seems like it takes 10 steps for what used to take 2! It is so much more difficult! Office hours also used to be easier to change. The main line, phone tree, etc! So confusing and unnecessary! Keep it simple for us please!

When we change the hours on the app we need to be able to add the break. We used to be able to do this and that option is gone. Ex- we closed for memorial day, when i changed the hours to open again, i could not add the break, i had to go to the portal. This is incredibly inconvenient and way to many steps. Before it only took a couple of clicks. Now I have to go to the portal, log in, get to the area to make the change. It is too many steps!!!.

You used to be able to quickly and easily add a lunch hour in the weave desktop app. After the "update" you can only do it through the portal and logging in there as an admin. This is inconvenient and frustrating. Please bring it back as we change ours often depending on the day.

The time change for Office Hours (and lunch) was MUCH better before. Please go back to the way it was :). I really liked setting new lunch from cell phone instead of having to log into desktop to access it.
