Place phone calls on hold to answer incoming weave call
When you are in a phone call on a smart phone, it would be great if you could put that call on hold to answer an incoming weave call. Currently, if you are on a call and answer an incoming weave call, you have to hang up and call the person back instead of placing them on hold

Enhance cell phone connection
Enhance the cell phone connection. There is always a bunch of feedback when incoming or outgoing through the application. It doesn't seem to make a difference if connected to wifi or not or the phone carrier. We are getting frustrated patients who are having to hang up and call back for the line to be clear or having to call on personal phone numbers. Starting to get so bad on cell phone we are thinking of cancelling and not onboarding our next 4 offices.

Allow users to remove photo, not just update/change photo. Allow managers to remove photo as well if deemed not suitable for the office.

Auto Messages
We are wanting birthday message to go to patients that have been in the clinic in the past 2 years. They are sending them to patients that have not been in, in 20+ years.

Call pop
Could we please have it so that the call pop automatically pulls up the profile instead of me having to click view. It used to do this and for whatever reason it doesn't anymore. I called and found out it was an update. I hate that it won't do that. Sometimes I am not right next to my computer but within view of it. I have to run to my computer to click view so I can see clearly who I am talking with at that moment. Please change it back OR at least give us the option to have…

Team Chat unread messages on iphone/ipad
On the iphone/ipad app, would like the unread messages to the top of the list like it does on desktop. On the ipad/iphone, the unread messages are highlighted but not brought to the top. It would be easier to read them and not have to search during a busy day.

Show the Device/Internal ID name instead of Extensions list
It would be much easier to complete transfers and call other extensions from the Mobile App if, instead of only having access to the Extension list (Phone 101, Phone 102, etc), they showed the Internal/Device ID name. That way we know who we are transferring to.

remove the **** from the screen
Remove all the **** off the mobile app like Alerts and the +Add Quick Action button. I can't see the things I need to use without scrolling up now. You are making the screen full of things I don't need to see and making it take too much time to get to the buttons I do need. Stop adding so much **** to your screen. Remove Alerts immediately!

Text Tree for Automated Messages
It would be very helpful for there to be a text tree feature for automated messages. For example, if a patient responds "X" to automated message, it routes to a specific person in the organization. If a patient responds "Y" to an automated message it routes accordingly to another individual in the organization.

Call forwarding for Specific Numbers
Specific Numbers should be able to be toggled to override closed services and ring through to personal devices if requested. This would be able to be turned on/off at will.
EX. I have a client who may have an immediate need for the next 3 days. They are instructed to call the number and it will forward to my device. After the immediate need is completed, we are able to toggle the override to go back to standard protocol.

telehealth appointments
It would be nice to have the ability to facilitate or initiate a Telehealth/Telederm appointments via the Weave app on iOS. We have plenty of iPads that we use and having that option would be a great addition to the app.

Ring Calls on Apple Watch
Please create a way for the apple watch to ring with our Weave apps. Providers in our office take turns taking urgent calls after hours and rely heavily on our apple watches to notify us when at home or busy w/ family.

Inaccurate Schedule Display
My iOS app does not display my schedule accurately. I have my schedule arrange by provider and the appointments are placed in the wrong provider column, leaving 2 appointments under 1 provider and none under the other. I have opened multiple tickets about this issue and spoken with multiple representatives and I was told "it is supposed to look this way". I have never had this issue until a few months ago. Please resolve this issue

select outbound number
On the phone app, it needs to have the option to choose which number is being shown, when calling out. The option to do this is possible with the messages but not calls. This has calls being returned to a line that is not in use until a different time of day.

Show inactives on Apple
My Apple device doesn't show the option to "show inactives" as it used to. Something changed in the last couple of months with this. It looks like others in our office that have android phones DOES still show this option. I have updated the app and my device is also updated.

Nicknames for clinics?
Our clinic names are long and we append the city to the end. When choosing from a list of clinic for certain options (i.e. recall SMS location selection), the city name doesn't show. Any chance to use nicknames or some other option for backend use? I don't want to change the clinic names because the patient recognize those as "name-city".
