Reviews tab on mobile
I wish the mobile app also had the reviews tab on the home screen like the desktop. If something negative comes in it would be nice to see that and quickly respond. Most of our reviews are 5 stars and I get notified for those but recently we had one issue and I didn’t receive notification anywhere of that review. I just so happen to be scrolling through the reviews on the desktop when I found it and its one that needs to be addressed. I’d like to be able to pull it up on my phone as well.

I’m happy to announce that Reviews, including the ability to send invites from the reviews screen is now available on our Android and iOS apps! We’re also adding the ability to send a review invite from a patient profile on the Schedule within the next few weeks.

I’d also like to have access to the reviews app, even though we don’t use the appointment scheduled in Weave. For example, to send customers the invite to leave a review about their experience & their glasses/contacts purchase.

I agree. I haven’t turned on reviews at the moment but having it at my fingertips to respond or view would be wonderful.

This would be wonderful. After the day, would be good to be able to send the review text in the evening.

I agree with the original post. Would also be nice to be able to have the review tab on the mobile ap so we can send review invitations like we can from the desk top.
