  1. Reviews tab on mobile

    I wish the mobile app also had the reviews tab on the home screen like the desktop. If something negative comes in it would be nice to see that and quickly respond. Most of our reviews are 5 stars and I get notified for those but recently we had one issue and I didn’t receive notification anywhere of that review. I just so happen to be scrolling through the reviews on the desktop when I found it and its one that needs to be addressed. I’d like to be able to pull it up on my phone as well.

    I’m happy to announce that Reviews, including the ability to send invites from the reviews screen is now available on our Android and iOS apps! We’re also adding the ability to send a review invite from a patient profile on the Schedule within the next few weeks.

  2. Column view

    Be able to view the schedule in columns, sorting by office chair or provider. The way most PMS is set up.
    A straight list is a difficult way to view the day.

  3. Custom templates for texts and emails

    You should be able to create custom templates for texting and emails. This would such a HUGE time saver. The front desk is so busy and if we are able to plug in info from a template instead of tying it every time you need to send one out it would be most helpful.
    Especially for quick fill appointments.

    This would be helpful too for patients at the end of the year reminders for insurance benefits, office closures , and holiday hours ect....

  4. Patient notes

    It would be nice to be able to type notes about a patient phone conversation that I may have had outside the office. I apologize if there is already a space for this; I am still getting uses to the Weave app. Thanks

    Hi Shirley and all the others who are following this request. It sounds like there are 2 requests and both are now available in Weave’s mobile apps.

    First – the ability to group text employees: The best way to do that would be to use the “Group Message” feature within Team Chat. You can find out more about that here:

    Second – the ability to group text a list of patients/clients to let them know about a closure (weather, etc). You can do that using Schedule Messaging. This video will walk you through how to do that:

  7. Automated text reply after hours

    Have a customizable automated text reply when Weave is texted after office hours. This is very straightforward as it's the text version of our office vmail or an out-of-office response in email. This should be a standard feature.

  8. Confirming Patients

    Can you update the mobile app to allow for the changing of confirmations? For example, I just confirmed a patient through the app. It would be nice if I could change the appointment to confirmed now to avoid a possible call attempt later.

    You can now toggle the status between confirmed and unconfirmed as long as it is supported by your practice management software.

    Add the amount of Time the patient is scheduled for or blocked out.

  10. Bulk Texts

    It would be AMAZING to be able to send out bulk texts. If we need to cancel a day due to inclement weather or the doctor not being in it would be so great to create a generic message that could be sent to patients that are scheduled on that day letting them know we are closed or we need to reschedule.

    Our latest release fixed the major layout issues on the iPad and also took care of a number of crashes that were being experienced on the iPad including when attempting to edit the photos of patients or the user.

  13. Zoom in on photos in mobile iOS app

    Clients are able to text us photos, but we're unable to zoom in on the photo itself from our iPhones. We're a mobile veterinary practice, this would be a critical feature as we're rarely able to use a computer.

  15. Patient calls or texts

    Is it possible to have the calls come from the office number to protect providers privacy similar to the Weave app? Our doctors don't mind, but our hygienists would rather protect their personal numbers.

  16. Restrict or Limit User Access via Mobile App

    Staff should not have access to office data on their personal devices. Offices are no longer providing emails to individual employees, but rather a general email for everyone to use in order to control privacy issues. By Weave requiring a legitimate email in order to create a user, it is a HIPAA violation due to that they will have access to patient info on personal devices. You should consider going back to the previous format where a phantom email could be used and an administrator had the ability to set-up /re-set passwords.

    It would be nice if calls answered on the mobile app would show the name of the user that answered the phone, seems silly to only do this for calls answered or placed by the desk phones
