Email marketing needs more customization options
We REALLY need better email/ marketing emails for our patients. It was expressed to us that the email would go through an upgrade but it has been the same since we started with the service. At the very least there should be 1 for each month, for each type of business (dental/optometry,etc...) This is a HUGE downfall of Weave and has been a stopping point of colleagues.Other than that we love the software!!! (i hate that we have to think of another software to be able to send professional looking emails

Within the custom email allow user to create as many call to action fields as they would like and rearrange the design and order.

For making a new email campaign in Marketing in the Admin Portal, would you be able to make a bigger box for uploading my own jpeg? When I try to make my jpeg image fit in the box, it comes out too small in the email message.

1. Being able to add the names of patients to email templates, similar to how we can with text message templates.
2. Being able to create more custom text message templates, beyond the 6 standard that are currently available.
3. Being able to send out email templates from html or pdf files that are created by our marketing company.
