Marketing Feedback - better multi-office usability
The Marketing section needs work. I'm not sure if this issue is only happening on my end, but the entire platform is very slow. Uploading graphics is a nightmare. For whatever reason, graphics are pushed to the left, making the email look bad. It would not let me center the graphics. Next, we recently added a new location to our weave dashboard and I just sent out an email campaign for the first time under that location. I had no option to customize any of the text, meaning I could not bold anything, use bullet points, align anything. Those options were completely missing. Is there a way to send out an email blast to ALL of my offices at once, rather than going office by office for the same campaign? Is that what Unify is for? Lastly, I think there should be an option to be able to link things within the email. For example: "Follow us on Facebook", you should be able to hyperlink the word "Facebook" to said facebook page. I'm sorry but the marketing section just needs work.
