Hi, it would be absolutely fantastic if our office could receive the second payment terminal that was discussed and agreed to during our contracting with Weave. I've been trying to have this terminal sent to us since our onboarding in February, with no luck. The Weave salesman, Trevor, was persistent in trying to get us to sign up with Weave and now he is not returning my calls or emails. And our onboarder, who has otherwise been helpful, seems to think his hands are tied. I'm at a loss as to how to obtain the second payment terminal that we have been expecting. Thank you.
