It would be great if we could get an alert when a missed call auto text is sent out. Phone calls get missed and then the auto text then goes out and sometimes the patient doesn't respond which causes it to go unnoticed sometimes. The goal is for the staff to call the missed call back asap but if they get busy and forget, I feel some of these calls do not get returned. Wondering if the sent auto text could go as unread with perhaps a missed call alert tag added as a quick place for staff to ensure the patient gets contacted back.
