  3. Softphones cannot be assigned to the Line Keys of a user's physical desk phone

    In the Weave Softphone and Admin Panel, softphones cannot be assigned to the line keys of a user's physical desk phone. This limitation within Weave presents a challenge for many who would benefit from this functionality. Due to the lack of widely available documentation on this issue, I spent a significant amount of time attempting to configure this feature before ultimately confirming with Weave technical support that it is not possible. I formally request the implementation of this feature to enhance usability and efficiency.

    Would be great if with the auto messaging missed text, the auto text is triggered to turn off if my office does correspond to a patient after hours.

  5. Internally working to improve protection of clients from spam calls

    Not sure how to make this happen as I am not a tech person but our tech company monitors hacking and blocking issues with our internet, we have reached our limit with blocked calls within our weave application and get several spam calls an hour taking away from client care and team productivity. This seems like something the tech side of weave could better control or at least be working on a solution for.

  6. Confirming future dates from the dashboard

    We would like to be able to confirm from the Weave app for next day or two days in advance under the Confirmation Status widget on the dashboard. Most offices confirm the day before and the Weave app only allows you to confirm the day of.

  7. Email Campaign Recipient Names

    In the new weave app, offices are unable to see the recipient names after filtering the audience segment for email campaigns. They would like to see who the email will send out to, in the same way you can see the recipient names when sending out the text campaigns. Please make this available as it is important for them to see who the email campaign will be received by when creating the email campaign before sending it out.

    Customer needs to be able to add more to the text template for. It's limited to 132 characters, and we think it should be increased to at least 500 minimum, so feel free to add more characters. Thank you!

  9. Email Notification for Specific Forms Completed to Certain Users

    I would love to see an automated email sent out if selected to a user who needs notification that a certain form has been completed and is sitting in inbox. The top right notifications disappear and my staff has to constantly check inbox for benefit verifications. I would love to see an options where an email notified for certain forms if we want to the people in our organization who needed to know so they could take faster action.

  11. Patient Overview and Schedule

    On the patient overview it indicates the appointment status but does not show the time of the appointment. Looking at the schedule is not user friendly. I suggest minimizing to see the entire day.

    Please bring back the old forms, now it is hard to refresh and lagging to send forms, you are trying to put everything together in one app and it DOES NOT WORK WELL!!!! Every time I need to review any form I have to keep refreshing the screen and having to wait for Everything to load, when all I need is the forms. Slowing workflow.

  14. Modernizing Medicine (ModMed) and Weave

    My practice management system is Modernizing Medicine (ModMed). We are trying to fix the recall issue between ModMed and Weave.   16. Health History Form Glitch

    I am editing our health history form, as I am working on it and a phone call comes in, patient info pops up on the right hand side and it must reset the page and all my work is lost, i hadn't saved it yet, because I was just working on it. Has happened multiple times to me.

  17. Post videos along with the new features you've added

    I think there should be instruciton videos to turn on new features (Team member image text in my case) rather than taking to the website and have it not take you to the right section. This way the user knows what they are getting themselves into with a preview of what the feature looks like and knows how to turn it off or on when they need to.

  18. Hold for me

    When I make a call and get put on hold, I would like to be able to put that call on hold from my end and then have my phone ring back to me (custom ring/screen notification) when a live person comes on the line. This service would notify the party on the other end that "Your caller will be right back -please stay on the line" so they don't hang up. Google Pixel apparently has a similar feature https://support.google.com/pixelphone/answer/10071878?hl=en .

  19. Rescheduling appointments

    We use Open Dental Software. When a patient reschedules an appointment, we have to cancel the appointment and then create a new one in order for Weave to recognize the new/modified appointment information. If we don't the patient will not receive any appointment reminders for the modified appointment date. This complicates our job by adding more unnecessary work.
