    It is incredibly common for patients to have more than one parent who would like to receive email notifications about appointments. We should not be limited to only one email contact per patient.

    when messaging patients, we want to have the AI Enhanser to polish up or rewrite message so that they more professional sounding

  4. Unique fax download identifiers

    All the faxes download as "0000000000-fax-download" where the numbers are the fax number. This would be great except all faxes from that number have to be manually changed to avoid overwriting the old information, which adds unnecessary work. Example: We got two mammogram reports from the same hospital a few minutes apart, downloaded them both at the same time and could have lost one of them from overwriting.

    I called support and was told this is how it is supposed to function and they weren't planning on working on it. The end user working in a medical office would disagree…

    auto messages should include text and email. It makes no sense to not do both and have to create a new message just to email when it is the same information. Should give the option to text and email in the same thing.

  6. Multiple open appointments for Quickfill

    We often have several open appointment days/times when we send out messages to our quickfill list. In the legacy app we could add up to 3 appointments. That is not an option in the new version. Our office is not a fan of the new app. It is cumbersome and not as easy as the legacy app. Please bring back the Legacy App with the features that your customers all know and love.

    being able to not have to rescan the QR code to select multiple forms

    Example Patient comes in for Implant they need 3 forms - extraction consent - Bone graft consent and Implant consent - and each time i have to rescan the barcode

  8. Filter settings

    Not sure why you can't save the filters that you apply. Whenever you go in and out of the app, you have to go back and apply the filters all over again.

    There should be more options on the Home screen as well if it is to be used as a home screen. Should be able to apply the same filters here for the voicemailbox. View faxes and messages from this home view as well.

  9. quick fill list improvements

    It would be great to have an option on the quick-fill feature where we can quickly pull a bulk of patients who have a specific code attached to their appointment to send them all a text for an opening. For instance, if we were trying to fill a treatment appointment for dental restoration with N2O, we could simply type in the "D1234" code that would be attached to all of those appointment types, and then all patients with that code attached to their unscheduled appointment would filter into a list where we could mass-text them.   10. Please add banner/pop up notifications for appointment requests in the Schedule Pulse

    Working in a busy dental office, notifications are super important for our team to stay on top of messages. While we do receive notifications for messages (not consistently, however) we'd also like to be receiving notifications for appointment requests under the Schedule Pulse. This ensures our team can reply in a timely manner and no requests go unnoticed. In a very busy environment, notifications are very useful and helpful to completing tasks. We hope to see this improvement in the near future. Thank you!

  12. booking needs to more detailed

    Can you make the settings where we are able to change the provider to be able to specifically be open for certain days for certain appointments. For example I want to be open up for surgery only for Mon and Fri, I would like when clients use the booking site to book the scroll down menu will only have surgery check in for Mon and Fri. Currently we can only edit the days, but clients can still check every type of appointment rather than only book for specific types

  15. auto reply for new patients/unknown numbers

    Would like the ability to have the auto reply text message only go to numbers that are in the system. We don't want new patients, spams calls, businesses to get a text offering them to correspond with us that way.
    And also, yes, having it turn off during non-business hours is a must. Many people don't realize it's automated and reply immediately expecting a response.

  16. We need integration for Asprodental

    When Weave was being presented to us, we were told Asprodental and Weave would be integrated so we could see/edit our schedule and send mass messages to patients as this is a problem that we are having with Asprodental. We chose Weave because this should have fixed our problem. We are now stuck again because we are being told Asprodental and Weave are actually not integrated. I was told that there is a sales representative that calls different offices to get more systems integrated with Weave. I would like to start the process of Aprodental and Weave being compatible.     Right now Dolphin Management 11.4 doesn't sync up and autopopulate the information for insurance verification in Weave desktop app. This results in no real added benefit compared to using our previous insurance verification portal. It doesn't make sense to pay for this service when our other portal is included in our claims submission. The whole point of me switching to Weave for insurance verification is because I was told it integrates with Dolphin.

  20. payment plans

    We have an in office membership plan and there is no way for us to charge just the monthly membership fee. We end up creating a 3 year amount, and it's divided so the monthly charge is correct. Having the option to just have a recurring charge until we cancel would be so helpful.

    Also on that end, if the patients charge does not come out (insufficient funds, etc.), it should not PAUSE the plan, but either try again, or continue the next month. It's so difficult to resume a "paused plan".
