It goes out to everyone who leaves a message instead of abandoned calls. There's no granularity in settings, so callers leaving a message for one department get a blanket missed call text. Why not a "voicemail acknowledgement text" that can be configured by department for callers who leave a message and a missed call text that actually goes to missed calls--the ones that are abandoned prior to leaving voicemails?

Yes, this feature is essentially worthless, as it doesn't actually GO to missed calls. It's sent to callers who leave a voicemail. A real missed call text would go out to abandoned calls. It would be useful to have a "voicemail acknowledgement text" that could be set up by department, however, to help set client expectations--for example, how they'll be notified when prescription refills are ready or when they can pick up.
