An error occurred while saving the comment Michael LaBozzetta commentedOur office uses the call queue feature. When we are unavailable to take calls on the phones that are included in this group we have to use DND to keep calls from ringing through from the queue. A feature that can show other users in the office which devices are on DND vs. On the phone so others calling know if we are on a call or if we are away from our desk

The New Weave Experience includes a feature that allows you to watch a live count of callers in your queue. We are continuing to iterate to add more data to this experience

I need to be able to give certain users abilities to listen to recorded calls but I DO NOT want users to be able to delete recorded calls unless they have the proper permissions. For example. Phone manager should be able to listen to recorded calls but not delete. Deleting recorded calls should be Admin permission only
