I totally agree with this. We have the same issue. Makes it hard to track who took what phone calls if there are any issues. We should not have to go in an link our phones each time we log in.

Agree! Taking away the 1 click options and using filters is very time consuming and harder to navigate.

This would be an amazing option. Saves staff from having to manually text patients when they scheduled appointment.

New Quick fill is horrible! We should not be limited on how many patients we add to the list and how many appt date/times we offer to our patients. We are doing 4 times the work in the new app then in the Legacy.
