Unsubscribed Emails
There needs to be a way to see the list of unsubscribed individuals, so that we can remove their e-mails from our system. It doesn't make sense for it to tell me how many unsubscribed if I have no way of removing them.
This is a part of the updated Email Marketing in the New Weave! On the email campaign summary page, you can click on the blue number for the number of unsubscribes and a list will appear in the pop-up. More functionality is coming here in 2025! We use Weave email campaigns once a month to share our office blog. When I create the email campaign, I have to upload a CSV file with our patient emails. I keep seeing there are a few people who unsubscribed, but there is no way for me to see who they are so that I can remove them from the list. I am repeatedly emailing patients who wish to unsubscribe since there is no way for me to see their contact info and remove them from the CSV file.

Sometimes the patient unsubscribes and does not realize it. Then they wonder why they do not get confirmation emails. A listing would be beneficial to let them know what happened. And a way to put them back into the email system if they request.

Unsubscribe list for email marketing campaigns. I would like to be able to download a list of those that have unsubscribed so that I can use other platforms with more features and outsource to a 3rd party. I don't trust that the unsubscribe is working properly. We had issues 6 months ago and now there is a button we need to click saying we have consent. Your inability to produce this list is unacceptable.

List of Patients who unsubscribed from email..... In order to more efficiently track our confirmed and unconfirmed appointments- I'm requesting WEAVE start providing a list of all the patients who has unsubscribed from emails/ texts. I understand WEAVE provides a NUMBER of people who have unsubscribed, But a number does little to help the company see WHO they are reaching- and WHO needs to be reached out in different manner.

To add to this. There needs to be a way for offices to send a notification to people who have unsubscribed in the past, that want to opt back in.
Currently the only way it to respond to an old email, that you can be sure they've long deleted.

Your system was supposed to filter out the unsubscribed email marketing. I was told in the past that it did. What is the point otherwise. You tell us how many unsubscribed but you don't filter them. You are putting us in violation of federal laws in Canada! It was only on our last mailer that we were told this was an issue so I think something has changed. It also took you more than a week to tell me and confirm that this is now the case.

There should be an option for us to be able to view who has unsubscribed from our email marketing list. This will help with our record keeping.

Yes, because Sycle does not completely sync with Weave where it will uncheck the Sycle email option so that we know a patient has opted out of emails in general. Also, we often use the opt-out feature for texts to determine if a patient is deceased or otherwise needs to be made inactive in our office management software.

1. When someone unsubscribes from your email marketing, be able to see who unsubscribed.
2. In the email builder, be able to insert photos and links, and have more editing options for text (font, size, color, etc)
3. Reflect the number of unsubscribers in the recipients selected number.

Agreed, it would be very helpful to have a list of the patients who opt out of emails or texts so that we can mail physical reminders to those patients or make calls.

Emails: When you send a mass email you should be able to see which patients unsubscribed so we can reach out and get feedback from them as to why they unsubscribed, and to make sure that we don't add them to any other emailing list. (some offices also don't use Weave to send emails so they don't actually unsubscribe in our database.)

During a call to Weave today, it was brought to my attention that there is no way to see patients who unsubscribed to a marketing email. This information is very important for our office to track and would ask you to investigate this further to have the data available for us.
