The New Weave Experience includes a feature that allows you to watch a live count of callers in your queue. We are continuing to iterate to add more data to this experience

An error occurred while saving the comment Jeremy Ott commentedThe "Team Member" permissions are way to inclusive. A general user shouldn't be able to send text/email blasts. A general user should not be able to reply to reviews. A general user should not be able to edit reminders/recalls/other automated messages.

We are in design for automated phone call reminders.
An error occurred while saving the comment Jeremy Ott commentedComing from another reminder system that did this I was surprised this wasn't already available. This should certainly be a "last option" for reaching a patient with the priority being text/email and only put the patient into the calling queue if either of those reminders failed to go out for whatever reason.

Two years old and no movement on this. This seems like it should be a universally critical issue. Locking down user permissions should be a priority. Team Member role is way to inclusive for features.
