Call ID to appear when taken off hold
It would be nice to be able to see the caller clients info pull up on caller ID when a phone is taken off hold. We are a busy practice that has to put people on hold is a receptionist is not available. When we take them off hold, we are left with no information to work with. Having it pull up on the phone or the computer would be extremely helpful.

When placing a call on "Park"- we'd like if the caller ID stayed visible on the screen. With multiple people answering the phone lines & placing the caller on hold, it's just too hard to figure out, where your call was. Often we end up picking up the wrong line & having to explain that to the client. Wastes time & usually aggravates the client. Thanks

This is actually available when you use the softphone — caller names are available in park and when you pick up from park.

After placing someone on hold, you can no longer see their phone number on the caller ID when you pick the line back up. It just says "hold 1" etc. It would be so great if that changed =)

1. Please allow the phone (Yealink) to display the original phone number/name of the person who called before they were put on hold. What displays now after call is put on hold is Park 6001 and is not helpful. 2. When calling out, please allow the display to continue to show the numbers pushed after the phone is connected. This allows us to see what selections were made while selecting from an automated system. Thank you!

Right now when we park a client and someone else answers it does not show who was on hold on weave or on the phone and we have to ask all over again which takes us back to the method we had before weave.
I'd also like to be able to see how many clients and their names when theyre on hold in our call queue

The receptionist at phone 101 handles all incoming calls. When transferring to another extension, she will often just use the blind transfer, but it shows her extension in the receiving extension's caller ID instead of the outside number she is transferring to that extension. Is there a way to show the outside caller's ID instead of Phone 101 as the caller ID for blind transfers?

yYs please and show the number they called from. Instead of the HOH number; no way to tell if they called from the house or cell.

I would like the caller id on the phones after calls are transferred or taken off a hold (also if it can show up on the weave app, that would be good also).
