different identifiable ring tones
The staff would like the phones to have a separate ringtone when a patient is put on hold and after a period of time, that line rings again, because if another staff retrieves that call without knowing that the first staff member put at patient on hold, our office doesn’t look competent to the patient when they have to explain things all over again to someone else

We have a group of virtual assistants who work with our in-house team. When our VAs call the people in our office, the ring tones are the same as when we get a call from an outside source. It would be great to differentiate the ringtones to allow me to hear that the call is coming from one of our VAs versus coming from one of our patients without looking at the caller ID display.

We are making use of multiple phone numbers. Our main line routes through a phone tree. A second number given to other providers offices rings an extension directly. It would be helpful to have multiple ring tones, so we can differentiate between placing priority on answering the call or allowing it to go to voicemail.

It would be very helpful to create an option in the Weave Portal to change the ringtone for the Park Ringback, so that it differs from the internal and external calls. This way if a parked call rings back, it has its own type of sound and can be identified easier.

It would be really helpful if we could have a separate ringtone for in office calling between phones from patients calling into the office. It doesn't always pop up on the screen or phone screen who is calling.

What pain points/suggestions does the office have?
Office would like to adjust ringtone for park ringback, or have it just beep, instead of ringing phones and not be able to silence it, if needed! -

It makes no sense that there isn't a "hold tone" for calls in queue! To have it ring back just like an incoming call is obnoxious for in house customers to hear! Why can't it work like all other office phones where calls that are parked or in queue have a subtle ring back tone to alert staff to parked calls or calls in queue?????????????????????

This office would like to be able to hear a sample of the ringtones that they can select when they select per Call Group.

Need to have a different "ring" option for callers in queue. Only available ringtones all sound like a phone ringing. When we are unable to get to the call queue right away or calls are coming in at the same time, sounds to clients like we are just allowing the phones to ring uncontrollably when those calls are actually in a queue.

When one phone in the office is calling back to another one (like using the extensions) it would be nice to choose a separate ring for that so incoming calls don't sound the same as when one person is calling back to another.

Hi there! I had a few suggestions:
-Offer more ring tones so it is easier to differentiate what line is calling in when utilizing a phone tree
-Create a unique sound for the hold time indicator so it is not confused with an incoming call
-Enable the phone screen to show which selection on the phone tree was pressed by the client when they call in
-Update Stripe payments so that payout alerts/notifications can be toggled to allow those notifications to be sent via email or text (or both). This would reduce the number of text alerts coming through for payouts.Thank you! Amanda

Is there a way to change the ring tone for calls that are on hold. So we can tell the difference between the incoming calls and the on hold ring back calls?

There needs to be a different ring tone for on hold calls than when the phone is actually ringing.
