A Yealink EXP50 expansion module can be added to a phone and programmed to do this. The Weave documentation says that the expansion module is supported. However, the portal does not allow for administrators to program the expansion module and you have to call Weave support to do this. I don't have the time to contact support every time an employee comes or goes, so mine sit in a box waiting for this feature to be added, or I get a new phone system, which is more likely.

Add ability to see what extension is on the phone. Perhaps a lightbar to see if the phone is on/off the hook?

Our office uses the call queue feature. When we are unavailable to take calls on the phones that are included in this group we have to use DND to keep calls from ringing through from the queue. A feature that can show other users in the office which devices are on DND vs. On the phone so others calling know if we are on a call or if we are away from our desk

It would be SO very cool if your extension is a member of a WorkGroup, one can see if the other members of the WorkGroup are on calls. Often I am doing project work and the phone is ringing off the hook. If the other workgroup members are not on the phone, they should be picking up. If they are on the phone, I would pause my project and answer the phone. There is no way to triage the incoming calls to see if there is another available member to pick up the call.

It would be nice to be able to track how much/long employees are keeping their phones on Do Not Disturb during each day.

It would be very helpful if there was one area under phones where we could see ALL extensions at one time and the status of that extension, in use (red), available (green), DND (yellow), etc. The we would know which team member is truly available to take a call,
