Please update the app for the iPhone X... some elements are fully or partially hidden or off the top of the screen, hidden by the notch containing the Face ID sensors.

Privacy
When communicating with patients after hours, it would be great if it didn't show my personal cell phone number. Since I'm texting through the app, is there any way it can sync our office text number through the app? I do our after hours scheduling and communications so I use it quite often.

message templates in the app
Would like to have the message templates that are on the desktop to also be mirrored in the iOS App. Currently, the custom message templates on our desktop do not appear in the iOS App.

Mass text option
A option to mass text all patients about hour changes, holidays, closures, etc.

text the whole day - mobile
the "text to the whole day" option is great! Glad to have it however it would be awesome if it were available on the mobile app as well. In the case of inclement weather we have to send the texts from home.

Silencing and Receiving calls
Not all calls are ringing through the app and There is no setting when to silence calls. I should be able to silence calls while in the office. So it's not ringing on both the office phone and app.

Multiple line texts
This is a defect. When you type more than 1 line, u you up only see the first line. Using a iPhone 8.

Update app
I do believe the old app was better in many ways . It started faster , place photos easily and linked better with the app on the computer and other issues . This one is not as easy to use .

We have identified most of the issues, though there may occasionally be bugs we work out as we partner with different Practice Management systems.

iPad app view needs to change with position of screen
We use 12.9 inch ipads with keyboards so they are often positioned in a landscape view and you have to turn your head sideways in order to view Weave on the iPads. In addition, when you hit new direct message, all you see are 3 dots and no staff names. You have to try to guess alphabetically where someone's name is. this should be a pretty easy fix as most apps are able to change depending on which way the iPad is held!
I hope this happens soon!

Notifications for apple watch
Please make integration with watch with notifications of texts. Please allow for customization of notifications ie. texts but not phone calls or fax notifications on watch.
3 votesThanks for your patience. This feature has been available to our iOS users for a while now. For most users, Weave app notifications from the iPhone are automatically mirrored on their Apple Watch.
If you're not receiving notifications from the Weave app on your Apple Watch, here's how you can enable it:
- Open Watch > Notifications in your iPhone
- Scroll down to Weave listed under Mirror iPhone Alerts from
- Toggle the setting ON

Dark mode
Appearance is not ideal when iphone is in dark mode
3 votesWe have set the Weave app to ignore Dark Mode for the time being. In the future we may create a dark mode design but for now it will work better than it was back in October where it was “trying” to be in Dark Mode but not fully accomplishing it.

Fix The Glitches.
I cannot see the title I just typed because the background and text are the same color (white). I’ve also noticed that with the new IOS update and the dark mode setting that a lot of the Weave text seems to have disappeared . 2. When I go to my media library and click on play to listen to a message the entire app crashes. 3. I second the request to be able to mark messages as unread. Also for multi location users it would be cool to be able to show in the location drop down an indicator to…

iPhone calls
We need the call to be pushed to the phone (not call forwarding) so that the phones in the office can ring, as well as the app

bubble color in text thread
Can the color of the office's message to the patient be bolder (IE: royal blue) on the text thread? It is such a faint blue that it is hard to see in all messages the difference between what we have sent and what the patient replies.
