bubble color in text thread
Can the color of the office's message to the patient be bolder (IE: royal blue) on the text thread? It is such a faint blue that it is hard to see in all messages the difference between what we have sent and what the patient replies.

message templates in the app
Would like to have the message templates that are on the desktop to also be mirrored in the iOS App. Currently, the custom message templates on our desktop do not appear in the iOS App.

Zoom in on photos in mobile iOS app
Clients are able to text us photos, but we're unable to zoom in on the photo itself from our iPhones. We're a mobile veterinary practice, this would be a critical feature as we're rarely able to use a computer.

Incoming call has no ring using Weave IOS app
When a phone call is incoming to my cell phone using the Weave IOS app, the incoming caller has no ring on their end. The receiving end of the call has a ring like a usual call. This needs to be fixed immediately.

When texting patients on mobile app, when clicking on patient name take to profile
customer would like to have the option to click on patients name when texting patient from mobile app to have it direct to profile so they can call them.

iPad app view needs to change with position of screen
We use 12.9 inch ipads with keyboards so they are often positioned in a landscape view and you have to turn your head sideways in order to view Weave on the iPads. In addition, when you hit new direct message, all you see are 3 dots and no staff names. You have to try to guess alphabetically where someone's name is. this should be a pretty easy fix as most apps are able to change depending on which way the iPad is held!
I hope this happens soon!

Turn off the "Quick Start" pop up when logging in to the mobile app
After the most recent mobile app update there is now a bright green "Quick Start" button on the home screen, the button is not a problem but the fact that every time we login in to our mobile app it automatically takes you in to the "quick start" screen is very frustrating. I don't see the point in this because if you are using the mobile app you are probably already set up and have had your number ported..

We looked into it and should be addressed by now for your office. Please reply to this email if you're still seeing the quick start screen.

Notifications for apple watch
Please make integration with watch with notifications of texts. Please allow for customization of notifications ie. texts but not phone calls or fax notifications on watch.
3 votesThanks for your patience. This feature has been available to our iOS users for a while now. For most users, Weave app notifications from the iPhone are automatically mirrored on their Apple Watch.
If you're not receiving notifications from the Weave app on your Apple Watch, here's how you can enable it:
- Open Watch > Notifications in your iPhone
- Scroll down to Weave listed under Mirror iPhone Alerts from
- Toggle the setting ON

call records
It would be nice if calls answered on the mobile app would show the name of the user that answered the phone, seems silly to only do this for calls answered or placed by the desk phones

Allow Texting and/or Adding Patients from Recent Calls
Currently when you go to the Recent Calls page and attempt to manually message or add a patient from the "All" tab, you cannot message anyone or even copy the address given. When you select the number, the options show up, but they are greyed out unless it is a current patient.

Offices would like to be able to transfer calls to mobile apps
Offices can transfer to 3 digit extensions in offices and 10 digit phone numbers, but they can't currently transfer calls to mobile apps. If we could provide that feature in the future, it would be helpful to many offices.

Custom templates for texts and emails
You should be able to create custom templates for texting and emails. This would such a HUGE time saver. The front desk is so busy and if we are able to plug in info from a template instead of tying it every time you need to send one out it would be most helpful.
Especially for quick fill appointments.This would be helpful too for patients at the end of the year reminders for insurance benefits, office closures , and holiday hours ect....
Please also allow to add office website( hyperlink) and email to signature of email

Bulk Texts
It would be AMAZING to be able to send out bulk texts. If we need to cancel a day due to inclement weather or the doctor not being in it would be so great to create a generic message that could be sent to patients that are scheduled on that day letting them know we are closed or we need to reschedule.

Mass text option
A option to mass text all patients about hour changes, holidays, closures, etc.

This is a defect. When you type more than 1 line, u you up only see the first line. Using a iPhone 8.

Group texting
I want a way to send a group text to all employees using the Weave app.

First – the ability to group text employees: The best way to do that would be to use the “Group Message” feature within Team Chat. You can find out more about that here:

Dark mode
Appearance is not ideal when iphone is in dark mode
3 votesWe have set the Weave app to ignore Dark Mode for the time being. In the future we may create a dark mode design but for now it will work better than it was back in October where it was “trying” to be in Dark Mode but not fully accomplishing it.

Fix The Glitches.
I cannot see the title I just typed because the background and text are the same color (white). I’ve also noticed that with the new IOS update and the dark mode setting that a lot of the Weave text seems to have disappeared . 2. When I go to my media library and click on play to listen to a message the entire app crashes. 3. I second the request to be able to mark messages as unread. Also for multi location users it would be cool to be able to show in the location drop down an indicator to…
