Route marketing emails through the customer's email domain
Weave absolutely must allow for mass marketing emails to be sent from an email address owned by the customer. Mass marketing is one of the primary reasons we purchased this solution, however, nearly 100% of the emails go directly to the recipient's SPAM/JUNK folder. The generic "no-reply" email address Weave sends marketing emails from completely destroys the usability of this feature, because the vast majority of email platforms will immediately categorize these emails as spam. Please allow Gif and Jpeg to be sent as a bulk message
As above, I'm having to send 170 texts individually because the bulk message option won't allow for Gif of Jpeg.

family recall
List multiple people that are due in a recall text or send multiple texts with each family member. currently one message goes out per cell number, so if multiple people in the family are due, only one name will be on the recall text and the other family members will never receive their notification.

List of upcoming appt reminders
It would be great if we could see a list of upcoming appt reminders that are scheduled to be sent out (like we can see the previous and current day). I had issues with reminders not being sent, I think it is now fixed (with the help of a great weave agent!) but I wanted to be able to verify by looking ahead at the messages that would be sent out for the following week and it is not currently a possibility.

SMS Queue view for Google Review
When looking at the SMS queue in the portal, there is no option to view queue for automated Google Reviews.

Email Filter by Appointment Type "field" in Dentrix and NOT Description field
Email Filter by "pick list" in Dentrix of "Appointment Type" and not use the "description filed". Currently, Weave filters "appointment types" by gathering the data in the description field. Which is not helpful since staff type whatever characters they wish in this field and it doesn't have any standardized setting. Therefore, Weave needs to "capture" the Appointment type field in Dentrix instead which our office has four items to select from in the drop down menu in Dentrix: High Production, Moderate or Medium Production, Low Production and General Production. Appointment Type Filters by procedure code, not tooth number AND procedure code
When creating new filters for email marketing, it would be more beneficial to filter appointment types by procedure code, instead of grouping procedures together by tooth number. Also having the option to select multiple procedure codes for filtering appointment types would be much more useful and direct email marketing.

Would like to see a feature to see reports of history for each user in Weave for an office.

better data collection for new patients on the scheduler
Can we make a request to the engineers for the scheduling system. Currently when a new patient schedules on-line, the only information that is captured is their name, phone number, and email address. We would like to have fields where they fill in their home address, birthdate and insurance as well. That way we can enter them into our EHR system and ensure that we take their insurance prior to them showing up for the appointment. We do reach out to them via email/ phone ahead of time, but often patients do not return those messages and show up to…
