For veterinary hospitals using Weave: We use AVImark as our PMS and have the ability to suspend all reminders (appts and recall) in the system. However, we had a client text us complaining that she’s still getting text reminders even though we suspected the reminders in her account. Weave Support says that for recall reminders, there currently isn’t a way for Weave to recognize that they have been suspended in AVImark as most other medical facilities (dental, medical) don’t have this capability in their PMS. Please consider adding this feature so we don’t have to troubleshoot each individual client for a workaround to prevent these recall reminders from being sent to them. Thank you.
