  1. Post videos along with the new features you've added

    I think there should be instruciton videos to turn on new features (Team member image text in my case) rather than taking to the website and have it not take you to the right section. This way the user knows what they are getting themselves into with a preview of what the feature looks like and knows how to turn it off or on when they need to.

  2. Hold for me

    When I make a call and get put on hold, I would like to be able to put that call on hold from my end and then have my phone ring back to me (custom ring/screen notification) when a live person comes on the line. This service would notify the party on the other end that "Your caller will be right back -please stay on the line" so they don't hang up. Google Pixel apparently has a similar feature https://support.google.com/pixelphone/answer/10071878?hl=en .

  3. Rescheduling appointments

    We use Open Dental Software. When a patient reschedules an appointment, we have to cancel the appointment and then create a new one in order for Weave to recognize the new/modified appointment information. If we don't the patient will not receive any appointment reminders for the modified appointment date. This complicates our job by adding more unnecessary work.

  5. Downloading Combined PDFs of Completed Forms Directly to Chrome

    The new app does not allow downloading of completed patient form pdf files directly to chrome. It instead requires you to download to the computer's file explorer, open it, and then print to PTA/ECR. Then, once you go to download another form, it requires an extra step of replacing the existing form with the newly downloaded one. It would be helpful if when downloading these pdfs they automatically opened in Google Chrome, or at least included a setting to do so.

  6. After Hours Emergency Voicemail Notification Settings

    If a patient calls after hours and follows the prompts to leave a voicemail for one of our on-call doctors, the only notification methods are a text message or an email. It would be great if the on-call doctors could receive a phone call/voicemail to their cell phone lines as a means of notification rather than a text message as text messages can be overlooked. If there is a true emergency, it would be nice for the doctors to get a phone call to their cell phone rather than a text notification.

  7. Improve Payment Collection Process

    When collecting an insurance payment, we’re typically only provided with a zip code, not the full address. There should be an option to bypass the address requirement.

    Additionally, it would be extremely helpful to have a way to collect a payment without linking it to a patient’s account. This would make it easier to process insurance payments that apply to multiple patients. It would also help when a new patient comes in, as our PMS profiles don’t automatically update in Weave. Currently, we have to wait 30+ minutes before applying the payment directly to the patient’s account, which creates unnecessary…

  8. Needs to show what insurance patients have.

    I understand that you can upgrade for insurance, but if we do not need to edit or change anything, we should at least be able to view who their insurance is through like on the old weave app.

  9. Scheduling Custom Fields

    We really need there to be an option for patients to upload images of their Insurance cards when they schedule online. This will save our staff a ton of time and also create less back and forth messaging with patients as well as allow our staff to ensure they have correct insurance before confirming the appointment. Please add image uploads as an option under custom fields for Online scheduling se patients can include a front and back image of their insurance card when they request an appointment.

  10. Schedule request review

    When we reviewed Schedule requests in the Legacy app we could go back into the request so that we can copy the patients insurance information into their chart. In the New Weave Experience once you create the patient and approve the request there is no way to go back into that request to get the information a patient entered and not all the inputted answers write back to Dr.Chrono so the only way we can do that is through copy and paste. This is a HUGE deal to our office because we need to do insurance eligibility before appointments.

  11. Scrolling issues within messages

    When messaging, even within the team, messages are scrolling back up. Sometimes this is days worth of messages that have to be scrolled through to reach back at the bottom to see the new message or reply. It's difficult to deal with since it started, which I believe was during the newest update.

  12. Silence phone call notifications

    Weave used to allow us to silence phone call notifications but looks like that was taken away after chatting with support. Bring that back please! We were considering using Weave's team chat function but for providers who do not need the notifications such as calls we won't use that function unless we can silence all other notifications.

  13. Synce to google calendar, Outlook calendar, or any calnedare application.

    Hello! I'm loving Weave to far! I would like if Weave calendar could sync to another calendar application. If it could sync to Google calendar, Over look calendar, Appointlet, or Caledly, that would be helpful. When I bought the Appointlet application I realized I didn't want new patients scheduling on already booked slots. I found out that Appointlet only syncs to Google Calendar and Overlook. Maybe if Weave could sync to Google or Over Look then a majority of the smaller calendar applications like Apointlet and Caledly could sync to Google and then Google is synced to Weave. Thank you!

  14. payments

    Remove expiration of payment plans where payments will not delete after 30 days in the payment requests box. Suggest also that there is an automated payment reminder link sent out at least every 30 days with no expiration. When we put in remainder balance, if partial payment is made, an auto reminder is sent immediately and then sends 30 day auto reminders with reminder balance.

  17. Change text chain asking patients for reviews

    I used to use NexHealth. They would use a chain of texts when sending to patients requesting a review. They would send the first text at 7:30pm every day asking how the office did on a scale of 1-5. If the patient responded a 4 or 5 then they would get a second text asking the patient to leave a google or Facebook review. This helped us immensely getting new google reviews. Can you please incorporate this?

  18. Greeting before phone tree

    Currently we have a phone tree with 4 options when we're open and 2 options when we're closed. I would love to have a short blurb type of greeting before the phone tree picks up for any one-off closures or changes to the normal routine without having to re-record the full greeting. For example, "Please note, we will be closed Monday 5/26 in observance of Memorial Day." (Greeting) "Our normal business hours are..." (Phone tree)

    Every time we have any change to our normal schedule it takes me a minimum of 5 tries to record our greeting and it drives…

  19. Allow for group texts (not bulk).

    Allow for group texts (not bulk). Just being able to add at least 2 recipients for a message. Since some of our patients are teens, we often text patient and parent together, but have lost that ability since joining Weave.

  20. Closed Hours & Direct Extension Dialing

    We want our patients to be able to dial our extensions directly, however when they call after hours our phones still ring when they dial our extensions. It would be great if direct extension dialing was synced up with open/closed hours, only ringing when we're open, and going straight to our extensions voicemail when we're closed. Thanks for all you do!
