An error occurred while saving the comment Taylor Phillips commentedSo many great comments here! Would love to see hold times and to be able to filter by Weave user. What is defined as a "Long Duration" call? Would like to see the time of day those long calls happened, or, Weave user associated.

We are really struggling now as this feature would be critical for our office, and of course, it does not yet exist. We would love to have this feature, Weave!!
