  1. Fax directory

    When I send a fax, it would be convenient if Weave saved a directory of fax #'s -- a list of the Business / Name & Fax #'s to whom we frequently sent faxes. This way, I wouldn't have have my paper list to look-up & manually type the fax # each time...

    Fax directory is now live! You can now save fax numbers as a fax contact for repeated use. You can also send the same fax to multiple recipients. Fax contacts are separate from patient contacts. The ability to edit/delete existing contacts is still forthcoming.

  4. Pop-up Box Location

    Please make your system more user friendly by making the "Pop-up box" adjustable to "size" and "location" on your desk top. The upper Left corner of my computer would be a much better location for me. I always put the box to sleep by using DND because the Pop-up box is in a BAD location on my desk top. Thank you.

  5. Want Old Text Actionable Format

    Why did you change the text format??!!!!!! This is terrible. Every single text is marked actionable. They do not all require action, some of them WE (or the automated system) sent! Plus, now I cannot search only for the ones that are unread.

    We have a small office and have no need to "assign" staff members to deal with certain messages. Please make this new format optional. I much prefer the old format.

    After incorporating much useful user input, we've tweaked the Actionable tab to be much more in line with how people in general want it to behave. These updates are already in the live product. There will always be differences of opinion and preference on any given feature, but we still would like to hear from you! I just joined Weave in November, so I came on board after the major changes to Messages last year. If you have further input on the inbox experience or any other item related to Messages, please reach out to me.

  6. Custom Contacts

    Add a phonebook option- considering most practices make phone calls daily to places, not just patients. It would be nice to have a phone book option for numbers dialed on a daily basis- examples dental lab, referring offices, repair people ect.

    Adding a contact directly into Weave without a management system sync is releasing in the next Weave update.

  8. One text/email for family appointments

    Lighthouse 360 allows the mother or father on appointments to receive only 1 text message reminding them of their children's/parent's appointments starting at what x time. So if there are 3 kids scheduled with a hygienist back to back every 30 minutes, the appointment reminder would say "Hello Sara, this is x dental office confirming Holly, Madison, and Chris's dental appointments starting at 9:00 am on September 9th, 2016. See you then."

    Our patients loved this feature with Lighthouse, but we love our Weave phones and texting. It would be nice to have this feature with your system however.

    We are currently beta testing Family Reminders.

    If multiple patients using the same phone number are attending on the same day they will get one reminder with all of the patients’ names and the time of the earliest appointment (additionally, there is an option to list all appointment times).

    When patients send a confirm response to one of these text messages all patient appointments in the message will be confirmed.

  9. Adding appointments to phone calendars/save the date

    Would it be possible for Weave to add appointments for patients to their own phone calendars-- maybe right after they confirm through Weave? Thanks!

  10. Automatic recall notifications

    Automatic recall notifications. Send bulk messages to patients who are overdue every 3 months or so to remind them to schedule instead of us having to do each individually. You can add something like if you no longer wish to receive these messages, or if you are no longer a patient here, please let us know and we will remove you from this call list.

  11. Office Text Response Follow-Up Notification

    Hello! Our office would really benefit from a feature that would allow messages that have been "read" but not responded to, to be separated from the rest of the inbox. It can be difficult to differentiate/find messages that we have looked at and opened but were not able to respond to at the moment. Thanks!

  12. Display/Text Preferred Name

    The patient's preferred name should show up in every aspect of Weave, not just the names the system texts them by. That way, when they call/leave a vm/ have a missed call the person answering the phone/returning the call will not accidentally call them by the wrong name.

  13. LInes in use

    The only downfall with Weave is that I can't see if anyone else is on the phone. Our old phones would have indicators for each desk so we knew if that person was busy. In a busy office we have 1 person in charge of phones and then back up. But now we don't know when she needs back up.

    If you are still interested in this feature, our “Presence” service can be configured to do this. You just need to give Weave a call to set it up.

  14. Issues with 'cancel' to unsubscribe

    Please remove the trigger word 'cancel' from the list of phrases that will out patients out of receiving text messages. The phrase 'cancel' is often used to cancel appointments and our patients are inadvertently opting out of text messages. Since the phrase "respond STOP to unsubscribe" is in every automated message this seems like 'stop' should be the only response that would halt communication. Please address this as soon as possible since our list of patients opting out is growing daily without their knowledge. Please contact me for multiple examples.

  15. Saving text when answering call

    Hello! When you are in the middle of sending a text, and the phone rings, the text goes away and after the phone call you have to start all over. Working in a busy office, that tends to be a hassle when we are constantly receiving phone calls, and trying to send text messages out as well. A suggestion I have, is that we are able to text, and if a phone call does happen to come in at the same time, we should be able to text as well. It would help for us multi-taskers also :) thank you!

  17. Save the date reminder

    PLEASE - we need a SAVE THE DATE option for patients to get a text so that they can add it to their calendar as soon as an appointment is made. This feature is AWESOME !

  18. Return to Previous (Scroll) Location in List

    When I am working on "overdue patients" list to call/text patients to schedule an appt, would it be possible to bring me back to the current patient I was working on rather than taking me back to the top of the list. This especially happens when I make a phone call. It's time consuming to scroll back to where I left off. Thank you, Janet

    When a patient or contact is selected in a List, the list will return to the selected scroll location now when navigating away from the list.

  19. Customize auto reminders | avoid going out on the weekend for Monday and Tuesday appt

    This request is for the ability to have the confirmation reminders for Monday and Tuesday, go out on Thursday and Friday not over the weekend. More customizability for reminders would be great!

  20. Open appt notification

    We would LOVE to be able to do a mass send out when there is a short notice opening to try and get it filled. For exampe: you generate a list of patients that you would like a mass text to be send to at the push of a button. Instead of have to contact each patient and using so much time trying to fill an appt time at short notice. The patients who are interested can be prompted to contact us by phone or reply to the message. It is the only option about other systems that we think…
