Confirmed text messages
wanted to know if something changed with text messages. Since the update, all the confirmed messages have gone under the "all" tab. starting on 4/14 about 430p all confirmed messages are going under the "actionable" tab. Thanks

Text medical history
We would like to see the ability of patients who receive a text reminder to also be able to complete new patient paperwork and or updated medical history be available included in the text as oppose to sending a patient a link to our website to complete the paperwork

Messaging and Team Messaging
A recent update has removed the date/time from older messages. That is very helpful to us to know if the communication was yesterday, two weeks ago, or last summer. Please add this back.
Also, the Team Chat should have the feature of marking a message as unread. If a member of a team reads a message, but realizes someone else should respond, the message now just gets overlooked by appropriate team member.1 vote -
optimize timing of automated survey/follow-up messages to patients
Our post visit surveys/messages are going out between midnight and 6 am. I don't know if this is the expectation, but patients don't like receiving messages at this time of night/day.

Texting Templates and Tags
Give us more options for tags - or customizable tags, that way if there's an urgent one we're waiting to hear back or label it via person. It also helps because after Weave syncs with our PIMS, it doesn't tell us which phone number on file we're texting but rather just the client name. Sometimes, clients want both parties texted/updated. Same with the pre-text templates, I'd love more options to help us move faster.

spelling correction
Since the additional beta feature, TEXT CONNECT was added to the Web Assistant product, I went to our website where our patients can do their Appointment Scheduling OR text us through the "Text Connect" and noticed on the "Text Us' section at the bottom, the word RECEIVE is spelling incorrectly as Recieve, instead of Receive.

Opt-out Keywords for Text Messaging
Sometimes parents text the word "Cancel" in response to confirmation texts and we are finding that this is opting them out of receiving text communications from our office. The instructions say to text the word STOP. If the word Cancel is on that list of words to opt out as well, it would be helpful to have that removed, so that we can still text parents if they choose to cancel an appointment this way. Thank you!

copy and paste feature SMS
Hey IT ppl, can you fix your copy and paste feature on your text messages, wherein we only want to copy a certain portion of the message and paste it onto another text message, but it copies the whole message instead of part of the text msg. We dont want to include everything on the previous message. Can you fix this flaw in your system? Thanks

Terrible Text Messaging Notification Box
Being unable to move the text messaging box is horrible. All you can do is Ignore or Reply. You can't move it or minimize it. Terrible!

10key bug
Possible bug...when scheduling a reminder text the system won't let me change the time with the number pad, only the top keys.

Not a fan of the update
Hi, we are wanting to pass along feedback about this update--- we really, really hate it. The pop-up window is now in our way, over things we need access to, it is 10x harder to close the windows, and harder to maximize to see the whole message. I hope this isn't permanent and if there is an option to go back to the old design we would prefer it.....

Notification is on schedule buttons
The new update in weave is not good. It put the notification window over our buttons on our schedule. Please fix!

It would be really nice that we could set the pop ups not to pop up on all workstations because its against HIPAA .

automatically confirming dental appointments
We are new customers to Weave, and one of the selling features was automatically confirming appointments? There is some bug that is causing this not to happen? I followed up twice and it takes a lot of time to find out what is happening with the dental patient reminder system. If not resolved soon see no reason to continue using Weave. Thank you

text box and popup
When texting, you can't view the whole text while typing, you can only see one line.
Also the little popup on the upper right can't be minimized which is really annoying! I don't necessarily want to ignore everything, but I do want it off of my screen1 vote -

Last update, display on computer , very inconvenient Can't be moved with the mouse, won't let me use my computer tools, super annoying, i'm sorry

Type in number to text
Maybe there is a way but I haven't found it but it would be nice to be able to text patients that aren't set up in Dentrix. You can type in a phone number to call but it would be awesome if it gave you an option to type in a number to text as well. Thanks!
