  1. Credit card batch cycle

    Settling the credit card system at midnight each day would greatly improve your credit card processing customers ability to reconcile each days payments. We understand that payments are accepted through your system 24/7 but this solution wouldn't interfere with payments being made. Anything up to 11:59:59 would be on one days settlement and everything after 12:00:00 would be on the next.   2. Modify Online Booking / Scheduling

    2 things:

    1- Be able to modify the layout, texts, and add more personalization to the online booking page. (Such as our company logo)

    2- Have an option for Spanish speaking patients to be able to book online as well.

  3. Appointment & Recall Reminder email customization

    The call to action button in reminder emails should be customizable.
    If not, then the email sent to offices confirming or requesting the appointment should be editable as a template for the office or when the customer responds.

    There are not enough details in the return email to the office to identify who is requesting the appointment, what kind of appointment, etc.

  4. Updated Analytics ideas (Phone tree)

    We would like to have an updated analytics report to identify what option the phone callers are pressing in the phone tree. Also, If playing a media file when that option is pressed in the phone tree, can be identified as an answered call and not a missed call.

    We are trying to identify our missed calls, and it is quiet difficult now with a phone tree when we can not identify where the call went to, and those robot calls that do not press any buttons, still show as a missed call. Are we potentially missing patients who need…

    There should be a way that we can see who confirmed via email. Maybe an email confirmation directly to our inbox instead of just having the confirmation in patterson. this will help to see who actually received the emails

  6. online scheduling

    Weave is connected with our Website so that patients can request appointments. It's becoming a nightmare that unfortunately, I don't know who to connect with to get it rectified. It seems to be showing days that we're closed as well as times that are not available at all and we're having to deal with angry patients. I'd love to get some help on this issue but I have no idea who to talk to since you don't give phone numbers. Help please?

  7. Auto Post for Credit Card Payments

    Good Morning,

    We are new to Weave and love most of the features. It would be really helpful and save some extra steps if the credit card payments would auto fill into the Eaglesoft account. Before moving to Weave, we used Best Card and they are really trying to get our business back, they currently have the auto fill feature for credit card payments. It would be great if you could add that feature also.

  8. Software Improvements

    Hello,
    I wanted to make a couple of suggestions that would be helpful in future updates to weave:
    1. I would like there to be a way that weave could highlight people who have left a review so that we don't re-send review requests to people who have already left a review.
    2. I would like the copy/paste feature to be enabled in the review section, as I re-post reviews on our social media and currently have to go to Google to copy/paste and have to manually re-type the private reviews.

  9. Email From Multiple Business Locations Missing Basic Functions

    When attempting to email from both of our locations (which is primarily what I need to be able to do),

    I find I can no longer upload a CSV list for building my audience.
    **This limits me to send the same email separately from each business location in order to use CSV lists and fully utilize all permitted email sends (which are split in half between each location), but I'm even unable to do this because of the following:

    **I can't duplicate an email campaign from one business location to another.

    **I can't save an email draft for one business…

  10. Option for Patient Update Forms

    We considered a solution for our patients who dislike updating forms, which is unfortunately required by law. One idea we had was to provide an option for established patients to forward their most recent form submission and simply mark "nothing has changed" at the bottom of the form or edit the pre-filled information with the updated details, instead of starting from scratch every time.

  12. Trigger auto-reminders when appointment is rescheduled

    Weave only triggers auto reminders for a new appointment - if an appointment is rescheduled, it does not recognize this as a new appt and auto reminders are not triggered. Please change this so that rescheduled appointments have a Save The Date Reminder go out and continue on with the auto reminder sequence.

  13. Team Chat Pop Ups

    Hello! We would love something in the settings that allows us to view message contents in the desktop pop ups when someone types a message in the Team Chat. Right now, the pop up just says "Click here to view message" and you have to click on the pop up to read the message. Because we often have our hands occupied with other things, clicking on each message to see the intended recipient is very inconvenient.

    When patients message us through the Message tab, we can see the contents of those messages in the pop up. So, we'd just like…

  14. Private Faxes

    We used to have several faxes in our offices. One fax line was used by our office manager, and it was a private fax she used for private confidential information. Since we have ported all our fax numbers, all employees are able to see faxes. There is no privacy. We'd like to have a feature that allows privacy, either through user access or password protection for fax access. Thanks

  15. Voicemail navigation from phone

    We would like the ability to maneuver through voicemails from the desk phone easier. Keys for skipping forward and skipping back would be very helpful to get to the message you want to listen to. Additionally, the ability to skip the new messages and go directly to the saved messages to find a specific one that had been saved. While some of this can be done on the desktop interface, voicemail groups don't show up on that interface, and there are some locations that use the phone, but don't access the desktop app.

  18. Issues with Team Chat

    We always have a problem with our Weave Team Chat feature either not being available or glitching. We were told the way to resolve it is to uninstall the app and then reinstall it, which is not convenient especially when we are busy and need to get a message to another member quickly. Some of the issue when someone send us a message is when we click on "View Message" it doesn't show the message that was actually sent at that time. It shows an older message and we have to leave the chat group and come back. Help us…
