    I want to manage my call routes for all of my phone numbers on a granular level so that I am able to dictate where calls ring at any given time on any given day in a way that allows me to "set it and forget it" according to my typical routine while easily changing it as needed.

  3. Email From Multiple Business Locations Missing Basic Functions

    When attempting to email from both of our locations (which is primarily what I need to be able to do),

    I find I can no longer upload a CSV list for building my audience.
    **This limits me to send the same email separately from each business location in order to use CSV lists and fully utilize all permitted email sends (which are split in half between each location), but I'm even unable to do this because of the following:

    **I can't duplicate an email campaign from one business location to another.

    **I can't save an email draft for one business…

  4. Modify Online Booking / Scheduling

    2 things:

    1- Be able to modify the layout, texts, and add more personalization to the online booking page. (Such as our company logo)

    2- Have an option for Spanish speaking patients to be able to book online as well.

    The legacy app has the option to put 3 time spots in that are available. the desktop app does not have that option. I need more than 1 spot sent out on those messages to offer the patients. I would prefer 4 spots and the option just like the old app too send 1,2 3 or 4 options if I have those available. Thank you

  7. Quick Fill Lists more manageable

    The New Weave Experience Quick Fill is twice as time consuming. You have the "Manage List" tab that you can add all patients to. But then to send out messages you have to move them to the "Send Message" tab and add them to "select recipients". This list will only allow up to 50 people. We have over a 100 people on our wait list. In order to add other patients we have to delete patients from the "manage list" in order to remove them from the "select recipients" list.     Chronic Care IQ integration - We are launching a new service line which entails remote patient monitoring. We need to be able to report all time spent on the phone with a patient. The platform we will use is Chronic Care IQ ( https://www.chroniccareiq.com/). The Chronic Care IQ platform is built to record patient interactions and create billable reports.The company tells me they have repeatedly tried to contact Weave to complete an integration at their cost.     Away for Weave to remind the office they have not returned a call they missed or that was abandoned. Specifically if the caller hasn't left voicemail or texted the office back.

    There needs to be an easier way to assign who does which phone calls. I have been told that whoever signed in last is marked as who is calling and I have been told that you have to go to the desktop portal and connect the user to the phone. My office has numerous employees who share 4 workspaces. This makes it really hard to track who is actually doing what.     Quickfill needs to be more up to date with other products like Revuewell. The current quickfill is awful. An office should be able to click quickfill, select the date needed, write a text and then the system should allow you to auto populate your list based on your overdue list. I should not have to select manually add 115 people one at a time to have it send to all 0-6month overdue and then when I am done I have to manually delete all 115 one at a time.   15. Integration with Office Ally

    Please integrate with Office Ally, at least for the contacts. We must export 8 csv files from OA, due to restriction of file size on OA side, then modify the columns appropriately to upload to Weave. It takes 1-2 hours to complete this very tedious task.

    5.0.0 Mobile App Update - Has an inbox with EVERY text message (blue bubble for unread and orange bubble for unreplied does show) It would be really nice to have just an option to view unread messages like the desktop version !!

  18. Viewing Sent and Received Faxes

    It would be nice if I could easily see faxes as "sent" and "received." As it is now, it takes way too many clicks to do this, filtering and unfiltering. Before it was just one click to see sent, one click to see received. Much more user-friendly.

  20. Allow to delete inactive users/former employees from my direct messages list

    I see all former employees, who have been deleted as users from our system, on my direct messages list under Team Chat. I want to remove the clutter, and have deleted all messages from the chat, but the user is still listed in my direct messages. I don't mind if we can still see them as "inactive" users in the patient text logs, and phone call logs, I just want them out of my active Team Chat.
