Billing Ideas
It would be really nice if when payments come in they would be different colors if they are paid in office or paid via text. Or even have two different areas for those payments to keep them separated more easily since they are different fees.
Also, It would be nice to have a place to mark that it was posted on the actual app and not just in the Admin Portal. The Admin portal is nice for End of month, but it would be nice to have it on the app for a daily check for staff not just managers/owners.

Completed Follow up Sort order latest to oldest
Competed follow ups should be sorted latest first. Right now I have to scroll through hundreds to see what was recently completed

iPad App Landscape Mode
iPad App landscape mode. Please add landscape mode as an option for the iPad app (automatically chaning based on the orientation of the iPad). Currently, only portrait is available and this doesn't work with a keyboard (which is essential for using weave as a text messaging platform)

Please arrange the people on quick fill by first added to last added
I think the old system didn't have the peopl on the list in alphabetic order, but by last added at the bottom of the list. This way, we can offer open appointments to those on the list longest first.

phone call log
There needs to be an easier way to assign who does which phone calls. I have been told that whoever signed in last is marked as who is calling and I have been told that you have to go to the desktop portal and connect the user to the phone. My office has numerous employees who share 4 workspaces. This makes it really hard to track who is actually doing what. QUICK FLL
Quickfill needs to be more up to date with other products like Revuewell. The current quickfill is awful. An office should be able to click quickfill, select the date needed, write a text and then the system should allow you to auto populate your list based on your overdue list. I should not have to select manually add 115 people one at a time to have it send to all 0-6month overdue and then when I am done I have to manually delete all 115 one at a time. Voicemail box greeting schedule
Some offices close outside of business hours for different reasons. We like to put the reason why on our voicemail greeting. There should be an option to schedule different voicemail greetings to hit the voicemail at certain times. That way a manager is not changing this over the weekend or during a holiday.

Quick fill customer selection process:
- it would be great to be able to select ALL customers at ONCE (with a checkbox or link that says "select all" in the "Today" or "Tomorrow" lists as opposed to having to add each customer one by one.2 votes -
Mobile App - Unread tab
5.0.0 Mobile App Update - Has an inbox with EVERY text message (blue bubble for unread and orange bubble for unreplied does show) It would be really nice to have just an option to view unread messages like the desktop version !!

Viewing Sent and Received Faxes
It would be nice if I could easily see faxes as "sent" and "received." As it is now, it takes way too many clicks to do this, filtering and unfiltering. Before it was just one click to see sent, one click to see received. Much more user-friendly.

Quick Fill Lists more manageable
The New Weave Experience Quick Fill is twice as time consuming. You have the "Manage List" tab that you can add all patients to. But then to send out messages you have to move them to the "Send Message" tab and add them to "select recipients". This list will only allow up to 50 people. We have over a 100 people on our wait list. In order to add other patients we have to delete patients from the "manage list" in order to remove them from the "select recipients" list. Team Chat needs work
Team Chat hasn't work properly for months. Please fix it. Sent messages don't show up, sometimes I can't send messages, we never receive pop up alerts anymore..it's very frustration.

Remove financial information such as "amount processed" "net" etc from this page
PLEASE REMOVE AMOUNT PROCESSED REFUNDS ETC FROM INVOICE HISTORY- ALL EMPLYEES ARE ABLE TO SEE THIS WHEN THEY COLLECT PAYMENT. All this financial information is sensitive and should not be visible to everyone. THIS IS A CRITICAL FLAW

Quick Fill
The legacy app has the option to put 3 time spots in that are available. the desktop app does not have that option. I need more than 1 spot sent out on those messages to offer the patients. I would prefer 4 spots and the option just like the old app too send 1,2 3 or 4 options if I have those available. Thank you

Adding RCS support for messaging should be a priority!
Now that iOS and Android both support RCS (https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Rich_Communication_Services) Weave should prioritize supporting the standard as soon as possible.
Key Reasons:
RCS has encryption which is safer for communicating about HIPAA related topics.
RCS allows for higher quality image transmission which allows us to better monitor patients conditions remotely and plan better to schedule time.
RCS allows us to see "read receipts" when patients see our messages, but forget to respond.

Updating Communication Preferences
It's a nice feature that patients are able to update their communication preferences for themselves. However, if we as an office choose to make an update to those preferences, is it necessary that a text message go out to the patient notifying them that we made a change? At minimum, could you add a second step requiring confirmation of awareness that a message will go out to the patient acknowledging the change we made?

More than one Override
I would like to be able to build out our office hours to include all Holidays so setting an override isnt forgotten. I would think as many override options as possible with a start and end time for each or a calendar view that allows you to set/change hours.
