Opted out texts/ bad numbers show up in Actionable texts
In the past, if someone had a bad number or had opted out of texts, Weave would red flag them and put them in the Actionable category, letting us clear them when needed. Apparently, that is not an option anymore and we really relied on that, and it also is a much easier option than checking online every day- We are a busy office, and we need things as quick and efficient as they can be.

New Exam sync with cloud 9 schedule
Can we please sync Weave to Cloud9 so they are able to pick a time that we actually have open in our schedule to make a new patient exam.

More Time Early Options
I love that they changed the "time early" filter for automated reminders from only 15mins to now you can choose 15,30,45,60. My problem is that I need a 20min option!

Weave online scheduler
Please allow weave to look at columns when a patient wants to schedule. I don't want a hygiene appointment being scheduled under a doctor column. So please allow weave to look at columns or allow us to assign columns.

Bulk Messaging should default to Active Pts ONLY
Sent my first bulk message, via text. I had support on the phone to make sure I was doing it correctly. Last thing I would want is to make recipients mad. Sent nearly 7000 messages, Weave Rep said it looked good. Come to find out, Bulk Messages include Archived patients. Weave, please understand that most offices communicate with active patients regularly. I cannot think of many, if any, where an office would like to send messages to Archived patients seeing as Archived patients are an aggregate of deceased members, collections accounts, families that have relocated out of the area, and/or…

Ability to cancel appointment reminders for patients that need to be rescheduled...
WITHOUT informing patient of communication preferences being updated. Was told by Weave representative Abigail that informing patients we turned their appt reminders off is HIPAA compliant. Appointment reminders are allowed under the HIPAA Privacy Rule without authorizations because they are considered part of treatment of an individual and, therefore, can be made without authorization. The same rule should apply if we want to cancel an appt reminder without the patient being upset that we 'changed their communication settings'. Have text payments post the day the patient pays instead of when the invoice was sent.

This is very not user friendly. May you create a way to have my text payments post on the day the patient pays instead of the day I sent the invoice. This is very annoying.

Online scheduling improvements
2 ideas. I use Opendental
1. Have the ability to easily set office hour/(open/close) for alternating days. My office is open every other Friday and Saturday. There is no easy to do this this time. The schedule is set up open dental but is not used.
2. Ability to limit the scheduling to only certain operatires. In my office, I have 3 ops/ rows that are used for other stuff. I want to limit the scheduling to only one operatory. This is available on the auto reminder, it just need to ported into the scheduling side.

Insurance Verification for Secondary Insurance
It would be nice to be if when we are verifying insurance that Weave recognized when patients have two or more insurances & would let us verify the secondary as well as the primary.

Maximum Age for Emails
We are having Cookies with Santa in December and wanted to send an email to our pediatric patients, ages 12 and under. Unfortunately, I can create an email with a minimum age requirement, which won't help, but I can't create an email with a maximum age, which would make our invitation to Cookies with Santa so much easier to create.

Ability to add codes to insurance verification
Please add the ability to add specific codes to the insurance verification report. We have some procedures performed frequently but they are not listed when the verification is returned so we still have to go online to get that information for each patient. Thank you.

Customize email marketing
I would like more customization in emails. I want to be able to add multiple images in between the text, not just one image at the top. I would like more pre-set templates. I would like to have email automation sequences we can set up, like a welcome email series. Or a series of emails for patients who did not start orthodontic or pending treatment.

Note should not be mandatory in the patient schedule and I should have the ability to edit the field.
Note should not be mandatory in the schedule link and our office should have the ability to edit the field. Some patients don't have anything to say and will be confused when trying to schedule an appointment because they don't want to leave a message for us.

Print a payment report by "recorded date"
It would be soooo helpful to be able to print a report of payments made by "recorded date".
If a payment is made after hours, I can't just print a report for payments made that day, because some of those payments will be recorded in our software on one date and the those made after hours will be recorded the following date. This makes accounting very challenging!4 votes -
Export Patients/Clients with Text Message Tag
When you add a tag to a message, to be able to export a list on Patient/Clients would allow more use of the tags. For example we used a tag for patients that RSVP to our event. Now we would like a list of patients that RSVP with phone number and email address. Now we have to write down every patient and their contact info rather than exporting a Massage Tag list. Now with the use of bulk messages this has become imposable.

Suspend Recall Reminders
For veterinary hospitals using Weave: We use AVImark as our PMS and have the ability to suspend all reminders (appts and recall) in the system. However, we had a client text us complaining that she’s still getting text reminders even though we suspected the reminders in her account. Weave Support says that for recall reminders, there currently isn’t a way for Weave to recognize that they have been suspended in AVImark as most other medical facilities (dental, medical) don’t have this capability in their PMS. Add report filter for payments on terminal vs text-to-pay
We send patients text-to-pay links to collect a pre-payment prior to their visit. Now that Weave puts all payments in Open Dental automatically, we can't tell which were pre-payments. We would like to have a filter on the report to separate payments by text-to-pay vs. terminal.

Email Marketing Needs More Filters
Hello!
An office I worked with has had some struggles selecting the right recipients for email marketing. They would like to be able to send emails out to everyone who does not have an upcoming appointment. They would like us to add an upcoming appointment filter that can include or exclude so they can make these selections.

Re-add the search by patient name function to Invoices/Payments
In the most recent update, you removed the search function on the invoices/payments tab. I would like to search by name rather than just by date. Thank you.
